Reviews can be tricky because every place has their own way of preparing food and ppl have different taste buds. Put I was very turned off by the lack of customer service and the presentation of my food.
The lady who took my order was slightly snappy. Could have been a bad day for her we all have them.
But, I ordered 2 crispy tacos, 6 other tacos and fries. All 8 tacos were soggy and dripping so much that my paper bag tore. Also had I known they use craft singles cheese I would've have opted out of cheese. Again not knocking their style of tacos just think they should let you know. On a more positive note the fries where great good amount of lemon pepper and mild sauce.

Terrible and rude … I literally came here and ordered my food it took so long and I had a dentist appointment so I told the lady I would come back and get my food . I come back a whole 30 mins and they still don’t have my food ready . I’ve given this place so much of my money and they treat people poorly didn’t even offer to give me some fries for my wait. I don’t even do reviews but I had to because I feel like they playing in my face. They are lucky I like this food bc I would’ve demanded a refund

They move sooooo damn slow in this restaurant. Literally order 3 tacos and fries and had to wait damn near an hour. All they did was talk the whole damn time. I think they need some more people to work there or do something better for service. This is ridiculous 😒. I only come here becaude my mom likes the food. Even with call in the still move slow.

They are slow as heck, not only that I called an hour in advance and they just started making my tacos with I got there and then took there time making them. I honestly HATE supporting black business like this.

I drove 45 minutes to Westside of chicago I walked in said hello to the cashier she was having a conversation with her co÷worker she totally ignored me plus she didn't speak back i walked out as I got to the door she said may I help you I got in my car and left I work hard for my money and I will not tolerate disrespect and spending my money trying to support a black owned establishment Never again I used to eat them growing up
