I gave them a two because the cashier with the big eyelashes was very rude to my friend. The cashier was arguing with her about the order and trying to confuse her. The people working with her thought it was funny. My friend remained cordial the entire time.

I’ve been visiting this restaurant since the 90s, back when I was a little girl. It’s always had a long wait, but recently, the service has become very poor. The last two visits, my order was incorrect, and staff have been argumentative when I asked for corrections. These experiences make me hesitant to support black-owned businesses like this.

I was flying to San Francisco for Thanksgiving and my family that lives their, wanted some tacos. So, I ordered about 20 of them. I paid for them the day before I had to leave. I picked them up a few hours before my flight. They had them ready to go at the time specified. Thank you!

I walked into this restaurant for the first time today around 3 PM, and let me just say — I would rather starve than ever step foot in there again. The experience was beyond disappointing; it was flat-out rude, nasty, and unprofessional.
The craziest part? I never even got the chance to place an order. I wasn’t greeted, acknowledged, or even looked at. I was the only customer in the entire restaurant, yet the two employees an older lady cooking and a younger guy at the window completely ignored me as if I didn’t exist.
I stood there waiting patiently, hoping they’d notice me, but they were too busy chatting with each other. When I finally tapped on the window to get their attention, I was blatantly ignored again. I even whistled lightly just to be noticed, and the guy snapped back, “I’m not a dog.”
I calmly told him I was just trying to get his attention, and instead of apologizing, he rudely said, “Give me a minute,” then went right back to his personal conversation. That was the final straw I walked out.
This was one of the most disrespectful, unwelcoming, and disgusting displays of customer service I’ve ever witnessed. It’s no wonder I was the only person in the restaurant with employees that nasty and dismissive, it’s clear why no one else wants to eat there either.

Reviews can be tricky because every place has their own way of preparing food and ppl have different taste buds. Put I was very turned off by the lack of customer service and the presentation of my food.
The lady who took my order was slightly snappy. Could have been a bad day for her we all have them.
But, I ordered 2 crispy tacos, 6 other tacos and fries. All 8 tacos were soggy and dripping so much that my paper bag tore. Also had I known they use craft singles cheese I would've have opted out of cheese. Again not knocking their style of tacos just think they should let you know. On a more positive note the fries where great good amount of lemon pepper and mild sauce.
