The staff here always works so hard, but my goodness the baristas we're on it today!! Whoever the team was at around 10am this morning we're knocking out drinks like nothing. At one point they knocked out 6 drinks almost at the same time like magic! I always get an iced oat milk matcha latte with a shot of espresso and the meatless breakfast sandwich, always so good. Tip your baristas!!
Top notch customer service on this side of the plaza. Even better then starbucks
Chicken Chorizo Flatbread is my go-to any time of day.
Came here on Saint Patrick’s day. Bought my friend & I a coffee, while not partaking in the events of Saint Patrick’s. Waited in line for the bathroom when a man (security guard) yelled at us to both get out of line despite having a ticket for the bathroom. After leaving out of confusion (& not even receiving drinks yet), my friend jumped back into line & was screamed at by the same gentleman to leave the establishment. I’m sure this holiday is a lot for this particular location, but to scream at two girls for no reason is sort of absurd. Will not be returning which stinks because I loved coming here prior to this.
Love this place

The first time I went to this Peets recently, I placed an online order. I didn't notice where the online pick up area was, so I intuitively went to where people pick up their drinks. I was there for a while waiting for my drink and no one even bothered to acknowledge that I was there until I heard them call a drink, and asked about it. It wasn't mine, but it took me inquiring about the drink, while mine had been sitting around for a while(it was warm, not hot) for them to even say anything, even though they werent busy. You would expect good and friendly service if you're paying around 7 bucks for a drink. The second time I went, the shop was closed early. It didn't reflect that on the app so I drove over for nothing.
Just learned that you have to have foreign policy opinions aligned with the shops manager and employees to get coffee here. I didn’t realize getting coffee was that deep. Luckily, Starbucks is only two blocks away

Atmosphere is nice. Picked up coffee on my way to work. Guy behind counter I could tell didn't like me for whatever reason. Order was screwed up after that. Probably high. Anyways this was my first and last time I go to Peet's.

I'm a regular here since the shop opening, despite never being on the app. Peet's is now a soulless coffee corporation shadow of itself and has nearly none of it's historical and storied greatness in product and customer service of decades ago. The service and product quality have gone downhill to the point of being personally offensive. Workers here act as though they're being inconvenienced to do the jobs for which they are employed. They lack self/situational awareness, emotional intelligence, and any commitment to customer experience. It is a shame they either don't know how to do their jobs or they hate being there or both. I come here because it used to be better. Now, this is just as bad as Starbucks, but with a worse attitude, and this passive-aggressive, sarcastic attitude is delivered by the manager George here, not just the workers.
