Excellent coffee. The atmosphere in the cafe is really nice and cozy. Fast service and the baristas were really friendly. Located right on Michigan Av, it’s a great spot for people watching while enjoying a hot drink. I’ve the caramel latte and matcha latte and they were both really good!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 Stars Had such a great experience at Peet’s Coffee! The staff was super fun, friendly, and welcoming, and my coffee was absolutely amazing. Lavender, my Pomeranian, also loved her pup cup — such a cute touch! Definitely a five-star visit, and we’ll both be back!

An elegant location for a basic coffee shop. Located in the middle of all the fancy shopping. We resisted spending money on clothes but we did spend money on coffee and enjoyed some here.
My group of 5 ordered a round of coffees about 30 minutes before closing this afternoon. A barista reminded us that we had 15 minutes until the shop closed. With 10 minutes left, I went to use the restroom and was told it was “closed for the evening” and to “use the one on the 2nd floor of Walgreens.” As a paying customer, during open business hours, I should have been allowed access to the restroom. I especially did not appreciate being treated rude. It really bummed me out!
