The food was disgusting. I don't know how anyone messes up a gyro this badly - a disgrace to Chicago's Greek scene. I also can't fathom why Midway let's them stay in business when they have less than 3 stars??

Rude staff and terrible, terrible food. I ordered the chicken riganati and rice, which the cashier forgot to tell the cook, so I ended up waiting and watching other people come and go until I asked where it was and she finally put in the order. It came out moments later, but it was sitting in a pool of oil and had no flavor whatsoever. The chicken, rice, and pita were all completely flavorless and greasy. I have low expectations for airport food, but this may have set a new low bar.

If you want to make your flight, do yourself a favor and skip this place. I waited over 20 minutes for my gyro and then when I asked for an ETA, the cashier made it clear that my sandwich wasn’t coming anytime soon. So I asked for my money back and left without my meal because my flight was about to leave. If you’re a food place located in an airport, food should be coming out within 5 minutes, MAX. I will never visit this place again. To be fair to the women working up front, they were trying their hardest to expedite things. But the cooks must have been too busy messing around to actually do their jobs.

I purchased a Greek salad from this kiosk on December 21 at 1pm while waiting for my SWA flight to New York City. I did not realize it until I was seated on the plane that the salad was largely inedible. The romaine was wilted and slimy, the cucumbers appeared frozen and thawed and the tomatoes were sour. You can’t imagine how disappointed I was!!! This was a total waste of NINE DOLLARS. This experience makes me leery of ever ordering food here again. And that is sad because well prepared food from this cuisine would be a welcomed addition to the airport food option. I’d welcome a representative from the company contacting me

In the early 2000's, they had really good Greek food. Now it's like eating leftovers. Tastes like Microwaved eggs. Not really anywhere near satisfying.

Have always eaten here every trip through MDW for 10+ years. I’ve loved the gyro combo. It’s been several months since I’ve through. Unfortunately I doubt I’ll revisit. On my last visit I noticed what I’m about to address and thought it was just a “bad day”. But clearly this is now the way it is. Service was excellent each time. However the taste of the gyro is no longer anything to look forward . The meat is bland, tough and literally tasteless. The sauce is watery and also bland. The pita was hard as a rock. In sum I’m not mad. I’m sad because I really did look forward to a good meal. I gave them a second chance and unfortunately they failed. And prices have gone up considerably the past 12-18 months. “Passing along mandated taxes on us” was the explanation I got.

I use to give this place a 5 ?!

I chose this place because the line was shorter than the hot dog place next to it. The wait in line was still long with only one person behind the counter taking orders and then serving them. Standard greek food, but don't expect fast service.

This place used to be one of my favorites but new management has wrecked everything. Food has gone downhill and the service fell off a cliff. Portion sizes are smaller, the food is all bland and now that's its only one person behind the counter there are no smiles anymore. I said that I would try them once more but was disappointed again. No more.

Wanted to order but after standing in line for 20 minutes, got to the counter to find the front staff and cook were arguing with each other. People weren’t getting their orders right and several people still waiting for food. The cook was dropping f-bombs left and right so I turned around and went somewhere else.

Seems like the staffing is short 1 or 2 employees. Service was very slow. The staff was not very friendly. The cashier could not figure out how to change the credit card tape. The food (gyro, hummus, and a pita bread) were way over priced...no taziki sauce??? Disappointed

Some customer service training is needed for the cashiers. Christina at the front desk did not smile, ask how I was doing and started on the next customer before I could leave. The food was decent: Greek Salad was fresh, Baklava was tasty, the soup was lacking though (could do with more veggies, only had chicken and warm liquid). Would also be good if they had (warm bowl) rice options and if they left better descriptions of the items on the menu - currently can't make out what goes in a 'chicken kebob' (or what it goes with)!

Good airport food. I spent a good 40mins pacing the terminals considering the food options, and I’m glad I chose this one. All in, the traditional gyro and fries lunch came to $11.13, and was ready in under 10 minutes during the lunch rush. Good temperature, good packaging, and came with everything that I expected (and more): napkins, ketchup, white sauce, along with the fries & a hefty gyro in a pita. First time in a while that I have not regretted an airport meal.

Staff unfriendly and robotic. Gave a sense they were being bothered and interrupted from their conversation between themselves. Dressing in the container was not filled to the top, and they charge $1.50 for an extra container of it
