Skip the sandwiches and get the Chicken Riganatti. I head straight for it any time I pass through Midway. It's fall-off-the-bone tender, delicious, filling, and worthy of being a $25 entree at any sit down restaurant. It reminded me of some of the family-style meals I had when I traveled through Greece a few years ago. Seriously, it's hard to believe I'm writing a glowing review for airport food; but this stuff is really, really good.

Greek food and the feeling here is super good. this place is absolutely one of my favorites. the staff was very friendly and attentive. the bill was fair.

The food was disgusting. I don't know how anyone messes up a gyro this badly - a disgrace to Chicago's Greek scene. I also can't fathom why Midway let's them stay in business when they have less than 3 stars??

Worst customer service you can find in the airport. Cashier was using a dental pick to clean her teeth while taking orders. She then went and grab and touched customers food with out washing her hands. I told her I wanted my money back before my food order was completed and she went off on me and told me to shut up. Excuse me you don't tell a customer to shut up when all I did was ask for my money back because she had her finger in her mouth and didn't wash her hands before touching customer food. This place would receive a negative star if it was possible. Rudest b**** I have ever encountered at a business. Who knows what she is doing out of sight of the customer. Absolutely disgusting!!!

Worst gyros, totally not worth $10. Just pita, meat, red onion, and tomato. No tzatziki or hot sauce.

Different airport food. A breakfast gyro, more typical of a regular one except it had egg in it. Think it was called The Village gyro? Was good. Decent enough portion but you know the drill on airport food pricing. No issues with the employees. Probably wouldn't get it again

Rude staff and terrible, terrible food. I ordered the chicken riganati and rice, which the cashier forgot to tell the cook, so I ended up waiting and watching other people come and go until I asked where it was and she finally put in the order. It came out moments later, but it was sitting in a pool of oil and had no flavor whatsoever. The chicken, rice, and pita were all completely flavorless and greasy. I have low expectations for airport food, but this may have set a new low bar.

If you want to make your flight, do yourself a favor and skip this place. I waited over 20 minutes for my gyro and then when I asked for an ETA, the cashier made it clear that my sandwich wasn’t coming anytime soon. So I asked for my money back and left without my meal because my flight was about to leave. If you’re a food place located in an airport, food should be coming out within 5 minutes, MAX. I will never visit this place again. To be fair to the women working up front, they were trying their hardest to expedite things. But the cooks must have been too busy messing around to actually do their jobs.

I purchased a Greek salad from this kiosk on December 21 at 1pm while waiting for my SWA flight to New York City. I did not realize it until I was seated on the plane that the salad was largely inedible. The romaine was wilted and slimy, the cucumbers appeared frozen and thawed and the tomatoes were sour. You can’t imagine how disappointed I was!!! This was a total waste of NINE DOLLARS. This experience makes me leery of ever ordering food here again. And that is sad because well prepared food from this cuisine would be a welcomed addition to the airport food option. I’d welcome a representative from the company contacting me

In the early 2000's, they had really good Greek food. Now it's like eating leftovers. Tastes like Microwaved eggs. Not really anywhere near satisfying.

Waited for several minutes with others in line as there were no employees out front. Then told their kitchen was closed. Just after 9 pm. How can they call themselves a 24 hour restaurant?

Tip: I believe this is the only somewhat vegan option in the terminal if you are looking for vegan options. That being said, I'm not a vegan and I got the chicken gyro with veggies which was surprisingly good for airport food. The chicken was good and had a nice char and the veggies were a nice balance. The line took a while and the staff didn't seem thrilled to be working. Unhappy employees aside, I would definitely go back next time I'm at Midway.

Super shitty. Paid $10 for a side of veggies and chicken which ended up being lettuce with a couple of "roasted peppers" and then a several shreds of chicken.

Have always eaten here every trip through MDW for 10+ years. I’ve loved the gyro combo. It’s been several months since I’ve through. Unfortunately I doubt I’ll revisit. On my last visit I noticed what I’m about to address and thought it was just a “bad day”. But clearly this is now the way it is. Service was excellent each time. However the taste of the gyro is no longer anything to look forward . The meat is bland, tough and literally tasteless. The sauce is watery and also bland. The pita was hard as a rock. In sum I’m not mad. I’m sad because I really did look forward to a good meal. I gave them a second chance and unfortunately they failed. And prices have gone up considerably the past 12-18 months. “Passing along mandated taxes on us” was the explanation I got.

Nicole B was our Hostess behind the counter. Unfortunately she was experiencing a BAD day. Was not polite and told you your total without asking if youbneed anything else.
