The service was horrible. The male Jose was very rude and disrespectful and actually had the nerve to withhold my bag from me. I will never eat at another Pepe's restaurant again. They are very racist towards black people.

You get plenty of food. The state burrito is cooked. Great has some good flavor and they have good rice. There was only one lady working when we got there for lunch but only two or three tables as it was early and she did phenomenal. I didn’t wait for anything. She was very pleasant to talk to.
Wheelchair accessibility: There are no stairs, so this is easy to park in the lot next-door and go on in and enjoy some food
