No lie only rating it as so for the main reasons of the steak tacos, I orders from one of the locations it did not turn out as I expected not cooked correctly. I do not eat here anymore or any location

The food was great looking, but they forgot to put the cheese on the dish. When they were informed, their customer service attitude was very negative. I had spent over $20. Poor Poor Customer service!

Got off the plane from Atlanta first stop was Pepe's I got two tacos my daughter got the Mayan the food was delicious the service was good the waitress was one who had been there since day one on 79th and Indiana and it was just good to come home to good tasting tacos from Pepe's I'm super excited about being in Chicago and eating some of the food I can't get in Atlanta
