I guess speak clearer to the guy than I did. I was craving those honey butter biscuits so I decided to pop by, but I'd never use this location before, and I don't think I ever will again. They didn't have wedges which was fine, They cooked up some fries, but they didn't start cooking those until way after my chicken was done and they served three customers in between me. They told me it would take 15 minutes because they had already dropped a bunch of chicken, but it took over 30 minutes to get all of my food.I asked for the six-piece strip box. Instead they gave me individual pieces of whole bone-in chicken, I got absolutely no biscuits somehow despite the fact that they are supposed to be included with any order of bone-in or boneless.I repeated myself multiple times to him at the register and it's sort of didn't occur to me how much I paid just to be given all the wrong food and none of the things I actually came in there for.At least the chicken was mostly fresh, and so were the fries. That's literally all the good things I can say about it.

Although I do think $24.00 for a 12 piece is kind of expensive but its still one of my favorite chicken places up north. Eating this once every 6 months is ok. And when they say Krunchy. Yes the chicken is very krispy and krunchy.Parking: I usually park in the gas station by one of the tanks because it is always busy and rarely any parking on the street.

Called ahead asked if I can get the food cooked a little bit more than normal he was 30 minutes.... I asked why so long, then changed his answer to 10 minutes.... Ok? I come in, theres chicken already ready, I asked for my pick up order and nothing was packed and glade it wasn't no one was wearing gloves, as he is packing fries that were left in the rack, he touches one with his bare hands and dumps them back in the grease, as a kitchen manager found that gross and walked out and went to the store to cook my own. gross.

Got the 4 piece combo. While the food itself is good, the employees are shady trying to over charge me for what is listed on the board. They said that they're out of wedges but never listed fries as an option. Then they tried to charge me extra for fries and a biscuit even though the combo comes with a small side and a biscuit.Check the total before you pay.

The worst branch of Krispy krunchy Chicken in the entire state of Illinois, the staff is the worst, they had better staff a long time ago, if you want to waste your time go in person, if you want missing products order it through Uber eats.

Scam chicken spot .. No prices of chicken menu in store.. went in at 12:30pm afternoon time place had no chicken in the window and guy said they ran out of chicken.. said only had chicken stripes and they will make them fresh.. I asked for a family meal deal and only made 12 piece .. try to charge me $25 for it.. I showed him there online menu and said your over charging me . I asked for my money back because the situation was shady Af . Then the security guard tried to act all though and disrespectful showing me his gang tattoos on his neck .. won't ever go back .. pay attention if you buy from here.. I WOULD GIVE 0 STAR REVIEW IF I COULD.
It says 22 dollars for family platter , they charged me 36 dollars. Had to wait an extra 10 minutes after waiting 30 minutes. Food is not as good as it was two years ago. Quality is very bad.

Ordered food from this location on Thanksgiving day because I wanted something to hold my family over until Thanksgiving dinner was prepared .. came in to order chicken wings only to be told that they were only serving chicken and tenders. This wasn't my first choice but was my only choice, so I ordered an 8 piece and 6 piece tender meal. They made the tenders fresh and threw in a free order of fries. The 8 piece of chicken was good, but it definitely had been sitting in the warmer for a while. Tenders were outstanding ; hot, juicy, and full of flavor. Definitely recommend this place, but try to get everything made fresh for the best chicken experience in the 60645 area. Krispy krunchy member for life
