It was our second time going, the first time was good service, good food, but this second time service was lacking attention, food was cold and it did not tasted fresh.

Really wanted to like this place. It looks really neat on the inside! Atmosphere is fantastic. I honestly felt like we were being rushed to order and move things along quickly from the moment we sat down. The service wasn’t rude by any means, but I hate feeling like I’m being pushed out to clear a table. Food was okay. My gnocchi was fine. Really liked the buratta appetizer. Friend had a salad that he couldn’t eat.Might have just been an off night, but I’d be lying if I said I had a good experience.

We were looking for something nice to end our first night in Chicago and Petterinos delivered. Had a great time with my wife, food and service where awesome even though we were the last ones in the restaurant. It was a memorable evening, thank you! Will definetly recommend to other friends and family when they come to the city.

Mediocre food for the prices. Place is dark so if you are coming with elder people bring your flashlight. Olive Garden is better at this point

The food was awe-inspiring. I highly recommend this place. I had flat iron steak, rigatoni vodka sauce, and an excellent appetizer. Burrata was so good!

I got an excellent pasta and cesar salad. The service was good and we didn't wait too long to be seated. What really put my meal over the top was the blue berry lemon pound cake I had for desert. It was the best pound cake I've ever had. I loved this place and would highly recommend you to try it.

The the menu was disappointing in comparison to last time I was at the restaurant. In general I left feeling like there is nothing special about the restaurant except it is close to the Goodman theater.

We went before a show.It was very busy. The food is better at Olive Garden which is a shame because it was 3 times the money. The calamari was overcooked, rubbery and all the breading fell off. The crab cake was cold in the middle...and our waitress took our order & gave us the bill...never saw her in between. Go somewhere if this was the best the could do.

Such a fun dinner experience. Our server was AMAZING, we really enjoyed her. The fresh pasta (we had spaghetti and meatballs and the gnocchi) was phenomenal. Drinks and dessert were on point. Highly recommend.

Our party of 3 stopped by after a show at Chicago Theater on a Friday night and we had a great dinner! Our server Bailey was so wonderful and friendly. She had great recommendations for drinks and food and was incredibly attentive. All of our food was delicious. We will definitely be dining here again next month after another comedy show.

Recommended dishes: Fried Calamari, Bailey's Tiramisu

The menu items sound good, but they are kind of unremarkable. Sauces tend to be underwhelming in taste. The spaghetti sauce was too orange and lacked any kind of special flavor. It’s just an average kind of Italian Restaurant with above average prices.
