As a person born and raised in philly, ive had the best cheesesteaks and i REALLY wanted to like this. I wanted that nostalgia of having a great cheesesteak. What i got was a stereotype of what Chicagoans THINK a cheesesteak is. In philly, we dont use provolone, and we dont use peppers and onions. A cheesesteak is an amoroso roll, steak, and AMERICAN CHEESE. Some put cheese wiz but those cheesesteaks are novelty cheesesteaks in philly. If you go to get a cheese steak peppers and onions arent automatic. In fact, ive never heard of anyone in philly using peppers and onions. I prefer just fried onions. I really wish people would stop doing what they think will be popularm and make something authentic because it would sell so well.

Don’t waste your time. Ordered on DoorDash. Waited for an hour and 15 minutes before the restaurant canceled my order without explanation.
Had a bacon ranch cheesesteak. Amazeballs!!
