They disconnected their phone line on Super Bowl Sunday probably because they are getting slammed with phone calls. This is no way to run a business…. absolutely terrible

Pizza was incredible, cheese was perfectly melted, perfect ratio of cheese to crust, and cooked perfectly. Only complaint was that many reviews mentioned a rude woman working behind the counter. However when I ordered my food, I was disappointed to find that the woman in question was actually very nice. I’m not one who enjoys restaurants with intentionally rude service, but this did still disappoint me. The pizza is really good though…

First time in over 5 years and I got great service but burnt pizza. Killed my appetite for the night just after a few slices.
I didn’t ask for it well done, my only request was extra pepperoni.
I spoke highly of this establishment and was getting for someone that never had it…they declined to eat it just based off of the look of it.

Pizza was very good and it's definitely a one-stop shop for the local police department to grab tons of pizza from there. Only downside is the woman behind the counter was extremely rude and has a short temper and seems to be very stressed. Rushed us but there was no one behind us.
First time having Phil’s and I’ll give it five stars purely for the pizza, because that’s what matters at the end of the day. Service is straightforward, no pleasantries (I like that) and the restaurant itself is your typical Chicago sit-down pizza spot. Great pizza, very much lives up to the hype.
