First time coming to Phil's pizza, I called in and ordered double sausage. Young man on the phone said you probably do want to order double sausage. When I picked up my pizza he was was telling me the truth, I thought it was triple sausage witch i do like pretty good pizza. I used to only purchase Italian fiesta now il add Phil's to my list.

Customer service absolutely sucks. The female driver they have had an absolute crap attitude & seemed higher than a kite with a cigarette in her hand. I opened my gate soon as I saw her walk up, but once she got to the curb she just stopped walking up & started pulling out the pizza from the box.. basically telling me come get it, I’m not going that far. I tried calling to complain but nobody answered. Kinda figured, since they stall to answer the phone

On point, but the need to be on Uber eats or door dash
I've been buying pizzas from Phil's for over 20 years and never had a problem until today. When ever the rush to make pizzas, they burn them, and when I call and complain they would always give me a discount on my nest pizza. This time they burnt the pizza and because I call the next day, they asked me to bring the pizza back and they would make me a new one. Have the pizza is gone because we didn't come back home to eat the pizza until late after Phil's was closed. I have never had the problem with them before and I spoke to a lady named Belinda. I'm disabled and don't have any way to get back to Phil's. This is very disappointing to me. We even brought an extra pizza that no one had picked up.

Phil’s Pizza never disappoints! The food is always fresh, hot, and full of flavor. Their crust is perfectly crispy with just the right amount of chew, and the sauce tastes homemade. You can tell they care about quality and consistency. The staff is friendly and the service is quick even when they’re busy. Definitely one of my favorite pizza spots in the area!
