After more than a decade of eating at this establishment, I think I'm done with them. I live eleven minutes away, 2.7 miles, and have ordered a hundred pizzas for delivery. Yet just a couple of days ago the manager rudely let me know that all those pizzas were a mistake. Bc we're not in their service area, and never have been. I think he heard my voice, and my address and made some assumptions. Well that's a great way to turn what was good word of mouth, to me letting everyone know to stay the hell away from your business. Just shameful

The service was some what decent. Understandable because of it being Friday night. So the attitude was expected. The pizza was ok. The toppings were laid on thick like beggars, but it felt like it was missing something. It was a good pizza, but idk it just felt like something.
The pizza was ok but not the hype people made it seem!!! I hade onions , bell peppers, and jalapeños with sausage of course , and it’s like the didn’t take time to cut the ingredients down it’s like they just threw it on the pizza nor was they done ✔️ The customer service was poor the lady was rushing us. We wanted to dine in but we had to order our food then sit ourselves then when we was ready to go no to go boxes she gave us a paper bag cause that’s all they had idk but I want be going out my way to go there anymore!!! I’ll rate it 5outta10❤️ remind you I came from the suburbs!!!! But I still left a tip but yeah I want be going back.

The pizza is excellent good and delicious but the customer service is poor when I went to pick my food there was nobody on the front end. I have to scream a guy came out did not greet me or say hello. He just asked me what am I picking up and then Lady came out with no smiling no hello Just took my money. I asked her a few questions. She was rude and means you guys need to fix your customer service other than that the food is OK.

This place is fine, but not as good as I was hoping. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and an onion mushroom pepper pizza for our vegetarian friend. They put the pepperonis under the cheese, which is disappointing. I much prefer them on top where they get crispy. Also, they added sausage to the veggie pizza. Not just, like, a piece of sausage snuck on, but there was a full order of sausage. I checked our receipt and it correctly said only the veggies, so there must have been a mix up on their end. Normally I wouldn't complain about free sausage, but the pizza was for our vegetarian friend and so they weren't able to eat it at all. Also, I live too far away and it was too late for me to want to go all the way back just to get a replacement pizza.
So yeah, it's a fine place, but I probably won't be back.

Didnt receive an apology or refund, only a new pizza that I hope nothing was done to it , but a super bad attitude when I returned the burnt pizza, tbh idk what to think abt this place anymore, cashier mad n the man that took the burnt pizza looked at me with evil eyes too like I was the one on the wrong & I was super nice abt it I even apologize to them for returning it, I understand they are super loaded & dont care abt loosing 1 lil customer but still huge attitude problem, idk if they keep that rude cashier bc she is married or related to one of them cause they could do much better if only they had better customer service
