Came here for two black coffees. There’s two employees in the back talking/washing things while one guy up front is taking orders and making everything with five customers here. Wasn’t expecting two black coffees to take ten minutes.
Once I got them the coffees were good.

This is a top tier Philz location! The Mint Mojito coffee was delicious and I don’t think I’ll stop thinking about it. The staff were kind and attentive, the store was spotless, and the drinks were stellar. 10/10 experience will absolutely be back 🌟

Sorry to say that we didn't order here before leaving. One person was training an individual and instructed us to go to the order area. No one manned that area and no one came out to take an order. Low staffing? I'm a fan of Philz from way back in the Mission in SF.

Great expensive coffee served in a bean-tavern that feels more waypoint than short resting spot. Has limited and not particularly comfortable seating. Coffee is absolutely delicious
My go to for beans - Philtered Soul hits the spot consistently with it's punch of hazelnut flavor. The drinks are made to order and always a delightful and unique concoction. A must try is the mojito coffee. The seasonal drinks are always fun. Service is nice and generally pretty quick. The space is bare/to the point and has a few seating tables for small groups. There is one table that can hold a few folks - saw some people playing large uno. It doesn't get too loud here.

Second time in, good product, but don’t need the attitude or disdain as I don’t have hair dye or cool look. Not all staff behaved this way, but the people making drinks should not be negative in talking about others and dismissing others

It's fine. The flavors are gimmicky and the price is too high.
If you want really good coffee, go next door to La Fournette or if you're ok with walking a block or so for fantastic coffee go to Kapej
