Don’t waste your money on THIS location. The jerk Philly has No taste. The green bell peppers was not cooked and huge in size. The pizza I got on the side was better than the Philly. Don’t be fooled by the content creators pages with the nice looking food I was super disappointed.

I just had the turkey jetk burger 🍔 and with in one bite I spit it out. I was so horrible. The meat taste like it was a frozen patties with no seasonings at all. The fries was uncooked and the batter they cooked the green tomatoes was so salty I thought i was going to need blood pressure medicine. I will never eat here again and I was my first time and i can say HATE IT!!!!!! WITH TWO SNAPS!!!!

On May 2nd I ordered the jerk fries and the fries were so badly overcooked. I think they were cooked and then cooked again I could not eat them at all. I didn’t bother to call and complain. I ordered the fried green tomatoes as well and they were good. I ordered today online and it said the order would be ready by 5:10-5:25. Didn’t realize I got a text saying that the order would be ready between 5:48-6:03 because they were busier than normal. But I got there around 5:08 and the worker was outside on his phone. The service and food have declined and I probably will not return.

Food is good but the customer service could be better. The man with the yellow eyeballs gave me hell because I was giving him my ticket number rather than giving him my full name. Ticket number 55 was clear as day on the receipt but he still wanted a name and then bashed me for not wanting to give him my name saying the ticket number isn’t on the paper.
Update the jerk cheeseburger is burnt and there is no jerk sauce. 🙄🙄😒

I orderd online for pickup and received a ready confirmation 30 min after my order. I arrived and was told it will be 10min, then 20 min. I ended up waiting an hour. The dude working there gave no apologies, no discount and absolutely no regard. I ordered the 14" Jerk Supreme pizza $25.57, which was Supreme Garbage!

1st time heard about them on instagram, I ordered the jerk chicken pizza which was delicious ? ( please cut the pizza next time ?) and I also ordered fries. The customer service was nice, wait was only like 25 minutes and I’ll visit again to try something else.

I went for the salmon rolls and bites. The food is absolutely delicious. It's hard to get salmon right and baby.....it's right! but the service sucks. The man taking my order was not helpful or friendly. Sad because the food is worthy of return trips.

My food took almost 45 minutes the man kept lying telling ppl that came in for delivery 20 minutes !! Let’s rewind on wit I’m here any ways 3 delivery drivers canceled after sitting there almost 15 minutes a piece so they canceled my whole order so I come up there they have the wrong food so I pay the additional charge, do y’all k I these lll had me sit for 48 minutes for some nasty burnt food I’m pissed an they answering ? I drove all the way east took a bath an this is what I got ? yeah y’all suck
