Dine in here this Sunday night. Server is rude. I know they close at 9:15 we dine in 8:40 pm, at around 9pm she started sweeping the floor while guess are still around. By 9:10 server asked me if I will take my food to go while she saw me still working on my plate. This will be my first and last dine in here!!

Overall was fine—had slight depth of broth but it didn’t have that “wow” factor. You could definitely get a better bowl for the same price elsewhere, but if you’re in the area and you’re craving pho, I suppose this would suffice.
Noodles were great. The house special had several variants of meats which were all good. I did wish the tripe was cut into smaller pieces than the singular large piece that I got.

The pho was fine but the service was awful. The lady expected a tip after being so rude. She didn’t say hello. Just “SIT DOWN” Please, ugly attitude and people. Tables we’re sticky and dirty as well

Very ill-mannered and rude, the appetizer is brought with the main course, the waitress is nervous and unpleasant. The food is classic average and mediocrity. I recommend bypassing this place as there are much better ones out there.

As a restaurant owner myself, I really love this place. A $14 meal that tastes this good is both cheap and delicious. If I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would.
Don’t focus on the service at a budget restaurant like this — they’re doing their best while struggling with rising rent, expensive ingredients, and paying their staff. Restaurant workers already earn very little, so please appreciate their hard work.

Wow, the service today was terrible! You shouldn't let paying customers wait so long for their orders!! Especially when its ready and sitting on the counter. Acknowledge the customer with a hello or smile. 2025 update - the service is worse than before. How can the owner let disgruntled employees work for them. Have some manners

The most mediocre pho that I have consumed, along with rude service. Broth has little flavor, servings on the meat were low, and little to know green onions and cilantro was added. Upon requesting additional toppings, I was brought onions instead of green onions, and was charged extra without disclosure. Regarding the service, waitresses were impatient and rude. There are many other pho spots throughout Chicago, so yourself a favor and do not go here.

Food was good and we got it pretty fast. The service was the worst part. I seen a TikTok video saying don’t expect service and she was right. Our waiter wore glasses and barely came to our table while she was circling the restaurant. She gave us the weirdest looks and overall I just wouldn’t go there again because of that.

When coming in we didn’t know what was going to be faced with us. Although the pho was decent but not enough to make up for the poor performance of the waiters. All the workers were very rude to our party, giving us any type of attitude whenever they could. It was quite a shame that the environment was poor, wouldn’t come back again.
