Food was good and we got it pretty fast. The service was the worst part. I seen a TikTok video saying don’t expect service and she was right. Our waiter wore glasses and barely came to our table while she was circling the restaurant. She gave us the weirdest looks and overall I just wouldn’t go there again because of that.

When coming in we didn’t know what was going to be faced with us. Although the pho was decent but not enough to make up for the poor performance of the waiters. All the workers were very rude to our party, giving us any type of attitude whenever they could. It was quite a shame that the environment was poor, wouldn’t come back again.

SO RUDE literally threw the given tip and food did not make up to the attitude all the workers gave us. No way your day was already that bad in a 3pm Saturday.

All broth hardly any noodles or meat. Waste of money. I just paid for a bowl for broth. Feel scammed. Why be so cheap? I get not putting any meat but not putting any noodles??

This is a very nice comfortable place to eat. The pho broth was perfect. There was a bit of sweetness and enough beef flavor that I did not need to add/ dip the pho with hoisin/Sriracha. The service was quick and easy. 5 stars.

First Time Pretty Good But Doesn’t Give You A lot Of Meat Only Two Shrimps
They Give Out More Noodles Than Meat Which Is Bad

The pho here is one of the worst ive had in Chicago and i have tried many pho restaurants in the city. The service was poor as well.

Probably top four pho I’ve ever had. Instead of chili oil they have some type of pepper oil and it was so good and spicy. We also got chicken wings as an appetizer. I’d give those a 2.5.

Stopped by Pho Cafe for dinner on a chilly evening, craving some solid Vietnamese comfort food. Went with the #14 House Special Pho, beef, meatballs, tripe, and tendon. Broth had that deep, savory flavor you want, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. Also grabbed the fresh spring rolls, nice and light, with a tasty peanut dipping sauce. Total came to about $22. Service was quick and friendly, and the green walls gave the place a laid-back vibe. Definitely a go-to spot when you're in the mood for comforting Vietnamese food.

The food here is very basic, bland, and these ppl are just plain cheap! Me & a friend was just hear a couple of days ago & we both ordered pho. Why did we only receive 1tray of veggies, if there were two meals ordered?! Then the attitude of one hostess was very uninviting & cold. Almost kinda rude. I also felt rushed to order my food. I definitely won't back...

First and foremost they are the best in the city. They are the typical Asian who are short and direct. That add to the authenticity of the establishment. The broth he is hot and rich with flavor Portions are more than generous. If you do not like this restaurant, you are the problem.

The beef pho was really good. Not too salty, flavorful and overall hearty.
