Overall, PL777 was a good middle ground! The food was a solid 3, pretty mid not bad not great but good. The service was excellent ! Very prompt and efficient.
Let me tell you, they do NOT play when it comes to the level of spice of their homemade hot chili oil. It was probably the spiciest and best I've ever had. If you're sick, THIS is the remedy.
Decent pricing for two apps and two L bowls with extra noodles (always). They do a lot of take out orders over actual dine-in but pretty good layout and clean on the inside including the restrooms.
There's another pho restaurant right next door that's closed on Tuesdays. So this worked out really well for being open on said day.
Best pho I've ever had! Great service too. A local gem!

Bahn mi are pretty good here. They can be pretty skimpy for $11. I'll probably try some others spots before coming back to this one

Great place for pho. Vietnamese egg rolls were excellent as well. I thought bò lúc lắc usually has watercress, but it was still delicious.

I usually go to the pho place around the other side but I like that the menu is different and I like the combination plates. I tried the short ribs with rice and it was very good, just not much meat. Next time I will try the pork chops with sausage and meatballs with fried egg.
My husband enjoyed his favorite beef pho. I liked their fresh spring rolls a little more than other places. The service was great and restaurant was very clean.

Today, my friends and I went to a Vietnamese restaurant. Since Pho Nam Lua was closed, we decided to try the place next door. We arrived at 8:30 PM, and the restaurant was still quite busy, but the staff’s attitude was unpleasant from the start. If they didn’t want to accept more customers, they could have just told us instead of wasting everyone’s time.
Throughout our meal, the staff was very rude. Please don’t insult customers right in front of them—we’re all Vietnamese, we understand each other’s language. It makes me wonder how many customers you’ve treated this way just because they didn’t understand you.
And the manager’s attitude after we left a tip was extremely rude. Why should we tip well when the service was terrible? You acted as if you provided great service—did you really think you did? This was an awful experience, and it was my first and last time coming here

We visited the restaurant for a late dinner at 8:30 PM, only to be greeted with inexplicable hostility despite being accommodated after hours. The staff's demeanor quickly turned unpleasant when taking our order, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere from the start. Their bizarre refusal to provide WiFi access was followed by something even more disturbing—staff members openly mocking our table's eating habits. As Vietnamese patrons, we found this behavior particularly offensive and bewildering. Most disappointing was the young owner's complicity; rather than addressing the older woman's inappropriate comments, he actually appeared disdainful when we left a tip despite the poor treatment. The underwhelming food quality couldn't salvage the experience, leaving us with no desire to return to an establishment where such disrespect seems commonplace.

We arrived at the restaurant at 8:30 PM, and although they still let us in, their attitude quickly turned unpleasant for no apparent reason. When I placed my order, the staff became rude, which was already frustrating. But what was even more absurd was their refusal to give us the WiFi password when we asked.
Things only got worse when they started making crude remarks about our table’s way of eating. We couldn’t understand why they would behave like this, especially since we are all Vietnamese. It was completely ridiculous. The worst part was the behavior of the older woman and the young owner. He clearly heard the rude comments but did nothing to stop her. Instead, he even looked down on us when we left a tip.
Honestly, why should we tip for such mediocre service? The food was average at best, but the experience left us feeling nothing but frustration and anger. Definitely not a place we would ever return to.

went here cus pho Nam lua was closed. this is my new go-to pho place!! Service is definitely better and the food 100% blows everyone out of the water. They do a good job of providing modern clean ambiance (classier viet restaurant vibes) and combining it with authentic flavors. Excellent menu, amazing portions and awesome/ extensive drink menu. 10/10
