I didn’t have the remaining 3 cents for my drink but she let me have it anyway, very kind.

Excellent restaurant with a warm, welcoming atmosphere. The food was delicious — every dish was full of flavor and clearly made with fresh ingredients. The staff was attentive and friendly, creating a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Great place for a casual lunch or a special dinner — highly recommend!

Very nice place, very clean for a brick and mortar stand next to lake michigan, and Buckingham fountain. The pies are very good. The staff are good people, and considering some of the nutjobs they have to put up with on a daily basis they're doing a great job.

Only 2 umbrellas in the cafe and unbearable beating sun and concrete on a 88 degree summer day. Cant consume alcohol outside the non-shaded cafe.

PieLife in the Loop is a solid spot for a quick slice. I tried the Sicilian Vodka slice and the Grandma slice. Both were tasty, with crispy crusts and flavorful sauces. The Sicilian had a nice balance of garlic cream and tomato, while the Grandma was thin and crispy. The staff was friendly, and service was quick. Only downside is the limited seating. Spent about $11 total. Worth a stop if you're nearby.

PieLife is the kind of spot that makes you rethink everything you thought you knew about pizza. Stopped in for a quick bite and ended up devouring a whole personal pie—went with the classic Margherita, and it was chef’s kiss perfection. The crust had that perfect balance of crispy and chewy, and the sauce tasted fresh, not too sweet. Also grabbed a side of garlic knots (because why not?), and they were buttery, garlicky heaven. Spent about $25 total, and it was worth every penny. If you're in the South Loop and craving legit Italian-style pizza, this is the move!

Rude and unfriendly staff. I asked for an empty glass and they denied it even after consuming on the spot. Shameful that they use the name "Italy" on their sign

A dirty, expensive place, sells a piece of pizza for 7 dollars and above all if you need an EMPTY glass to take medicine they deny it to you. They really deserve to close.

It's $7 for a slice of old crusty pizza that's been sitting out for who knows how long. I asked for a fresh slice, there was plenty, but he still gave me an old slice. Kids love pizza right! Mine threw their's away. I'm trying to finish mine because I paid for it.

If I’ve ever said a pie was great I take it back, and I change it to that this pie is the greatest of all the great
