Best Spot on Lake Michigan in Chicago!!!!

It was my 1st time here and a had a blast!!!!!!
I went for the free salsa dance class. I love the music the dancing and the fact that it's right in front tof the beach! I met some amazing people! I am definitely going again.

Apparently they no longer carry the sweet potato fries or have all the listed drinks. Our order got switched around a bit & the prices are the typical overpricing, but the atmosphere would have been nice except instead of the listed music selection for the outdoor seating it was blaring rap with racial slurs & sexual vulgarities. Also, be prepared, they don't carry napkins but you can go in the park bathrooms with gates to wash after if you have others to watch your stuff and then walk back to the paid parking. Overall the people were friendly, but with everything, especially the boom box by the beach so loud it hurts your ears, I would not recommend.

Big prices for mediocre food and service from behind a glass. I got the wings and they were good. Not great or different just wings. Thank location is really the only thing great about this place. If it was somewhere besides the beach it would flop.

I came on Monday for the afro-beats night. They had a live band that accompanied the DJ. I really enjoyed the music and the vibes were good.

Nice place to vibe out, it was a server who was short on patience she told us the restaurant didn’t except cash app but as we were leaving we found out that wasn’t true but didn’t get what I wanted because of that

Great burger on the beach. Prices are what you’d expect.

I did not eat at this location but I did look at the menu. And most importantly, it makes participating in whatever event is happening on the beach so much more convenient. They have food and drinks. There are tables--but get there early enough to snatch one. The prices were fair. Parking about 7 minutes away.

My friend and I stopped here on our Chicago visit last week after local referrals and an IG dive, and it did not disappoint. Summer Monday afro beats was such a good time. The view is stunning, the food is great, and the people (staff and Pier 31 regulars) were great to be around. Tip: Get there early to grab a table and food (4pm) then stay for the drinks and vibes! Adults only as the sun goes down. We had burgers but those wings looked amazing!
