The absolute worst service we’ve ever had in 40+ years! There was something seriously wrong with our waitress!! Never again will we return!
My son love their Slice of Pizza .
The cashier’s are amazing, but that ginder is not a ginder but more like a regular sandwich. Food was not that good to me, but the staff was very nice

No slices ready at peak rush hour traffic time .. Was told wait was 3-5 min.more like 10 min. Low quality cheese used. As you can see almost no cheese. I’ll go elsewhere.good luck

Great pizza! Brought our summer school students there for lunch. They were very accommodating and patient.

It took them about 20 minutes to give me ONE damn slice of meat and they told me that in 5 minutes they were ready.????
Terrible service, food, drink staff. Cashier guy had an attitude only ask for a slice of pizza and drink special. Won't smile.want to charge me 7.70 for some cheese fries. Got mad because I canceled it. Didn't tell me I was going to have to wait 20 minutes for a reheated pizza that was dry as fudge. Asked for a raspberry ice gave me lemonade!I hope and pray I don't get sick. They used to have the best slice ? pizza and better service. SMH.
My recent visit to Piezano left much to be desired. Despite the hefty price tag of nearly $5 per slice, the quality of the pizza fell short of expectations. One would typically associate such prices with downtown establishments known for their premium offerings, but unfortunately, this wasn't the case in the Brighton Park area.Beyond the exorbitant pricing, the wait time of approximately 7 minutes every visit for a single slice only added to the disappointment. In an area where quick and delicious options are valued, the prolonged wait was simply unjustifiable and rendered the experience even less enjoyable.Overall, my experience at Piezano was underwhelming, and I would recommend exploring other options in the area for better value and taste.

Surprisingly good! Slices are made to order so be ready for a wait going in. 5 minutes for a fresh slice is fine by me.

You have a delivery driver that constantly asks for a tip. Guadalupe Ruiz I believe is her name. She comes to deliver the food and doesn't even say hello. She just says "you have a tip for me?" You can't pressure people into tipping you. Especially when a pizza is 60+ dollars.

Food tastes great. Service has poor communication and lady didn’t know how to work the register. Prices are high.
