We stopped in on a Saturday night with no reservation and were seated right away in the basement lounge (which still has the full menu). There were 3 of us and we ordered a few plates to share and they were all SO good - the pretzel is incredible and was still soft and delicious leftover the next day. We also had the italian wontons, the bulgogi tots and the empanadas. The portions were generous and we had a lot leftover. We also ordered drinks and they were really good - the servers were also friendly. I'll definitely be back to check out the patio in the summer.

They just dropped their new brunch menu and I had the chance to get this most delicious corned beef hash! Thoughtfully presented and flavorful (and gluten free). I highly recommend it! Caitlin was my bartender — she was attentive and friendly, too. 😊

Pilot Project is a sneaky patio in the heart of Wrigleyville. Sat right across from the main stretch of bars, this is a little oasis where you can just go and chill. They lots of great beer options and plenty of appetizers. I had the soft pretzel and loved every bite of it.

We hosted an event at the Devious Lounge downstairs and it was an excellent experience! The space is super classy and cozy, the staff were kind and helpful, and everyone had a great time. Would definitely recommend!

The heated tent was perfect for my birthday celebration! I could even bring my dog, which was awesome. I tried their natural red wine and it was fantastic. Chef Javi did a great job with our catering order!

Stopped in to Pilot Project for an after work happy hour with a few friends and had a lovely experience. The ambiance was nice, with comfortable seating and plenty of space to grab a table. We were taken care of by Antonio, who made great recommendations and was just an all around great server. We enjoyed beer, wine, cocktails and a soft pretzel. 10/10 would return!

We hosted a party here and the experience couldn’t have been better. The GM Christopher and team were very responsive and helpful. Our waiter Steven provided great service to our group of 50+. Great beer, food and vibes. Highly recommend hosting an event here and/or checking it out for drinks!

Last night was the second night that I’ve visited and again it was fantastic. The menu has so many unique choices. I had the falafel wrap…delicious. The beer selection is excellent and our server was really knowledgeable and fun! I’ll definitely be back.

Andrew was the best bartender we've had in Chicago. We are two bartenders from New Orleans who live in Denver & the service we received, was that of what we give. He gave us fabulous recommendations & we will tell all of our friends to come here when they're here. Great beer!!!🍺

I highly recommend visiting Pilot Project. We received wonderful service from Steven. The beers were great and food was delicious. We shared the pretzel and steak and fries! Don’t pass up on this experience.
