We stopped in on a Saturday night with no reservation and were seated right away in the basement lounge (which still has the full menu). There were 3 of us and we ordered a few plates to share and they were all SO good - the pretzel is incredible and was still soft and delicious leftover the next day. They just dropped their new brunch menu and I had the chance to get this most delicious corned beef hash! Thoughtfully presented and flavorful (and gluten free). I highly recommend it! Caitlin was my bartender — she was attentive and friendly, too. 😊

Pilot Project is a sneaky patio in the heart of Wrigleyville. Sat right across from the main stretch of bars, this is a little oasis where you can just go and chill. They lots of great beer options and plenty of appetizers. I had the soft pretzel and loved every bite of it.
