This was my first visit to Victory and definitely not my last! Food and cocktails were delicious and our server, Orlando, was the NICEST person! Thanks to the manager who took care of me and my bestie. Wonderful ambiance and friendly staff!
Elmhurst location. While the food may be good the manager allows underage drinking. When this was addressed with higher management the manager that not only allowed the kids that work there to drink also purchased alcohol for them, still works there. Harrison Rose. This issue was not taken seriously which is unprofessional, unacceptable and dangerous
