Just enjoyed a pint of "Infinite Blood of the Unicorn" Amber Ale with 3C's Hops. Got it at Leo's Liquors in Woodridge. This is a nice, rich, hoppy Amber Ale. Good job!
Great beer, great service. The two gentlemen that worked the Shorewood, Illinois bbqs and brews on 10.12.24 were awesome, great personalities and fast service. Those two gentlemen were great!
We swung by the Dojo to pick up some beers this weekend and had such a great experience thanks to Al. He was so helpful and delightful to chat with, and full of knowledge about all the different beers, hops, flavor profiles, and suggested pairings with food.
