This place was so good We had to eat there twice We were visiting from Indiana and wanted to find a good pizza place to eat on our vacation Everything was so nice inside and the people were welcoming The thin crust pizza was the best and the chicken alfredo was so delicious and served in a big bowl

The absolute worst service we’ve ever had in 40+ years! There was something seriously wrong with our waitress!! Never again will we return!

Food was delicious and service was friendly and attentive. Reasonably priced, family friendly atmosphere. Made reservations for a standard table and was seated at a high top instead but not a big deal.

We live in Virginia and visit Chicago often. When we do, we need to stop by Pizanos on Madison for Chicago deep dish pizza. It is by far the best! At times, we bring the leftovers back to our hotel, put in in the fridge and put it in our suitcase to bring back home. The crust, sauce along with the service is outstanding! Our favorite server is Hector who always treats us so well. Thank you Hector! See you real soon!

I brought my boyfriend for his birthday and we truly enjoyed ourselves. The service was extremely well. The food was amazing and my boyfriend enjoyed his birthday cookie. We will be back!!!

Her server was great. Food was great. We sat outside. It was really nice.. the street was a little loud, but it added to the Chicago experience. They gave us a scrumptious free birthday dessert too.

First time dinning, we were a party of 10 celebrating a birthday. Service was good, gave a free desert to celebrate birthday. No sing or candle/sparkler. No idea what waitresses name was she ever told us. She was quiet but attentive. Food was good, different thin crust than other Chicago places. Buttery crunchy crust, a little too easy on the sauce but good amount of cheese.

Really enjoyed the wings. Came for the thin crust. Pizza on Oprahs recommendation. Very good but thin crust pizzas are enormous- so had a child's one which was ample. Their own brand pilsner is pretty good.

It was a super busy Friday night! The staff was very friendly and attentive. I love the atmosphere of this restaurant and it's a true pizza joint of Chicago. This might be my favorite pizza in all of Chicago and I absolutely recommend it!!

Great food, great service and great location! My sister had the special--rigatoni with an olive oil/garlic sauce and more. It was delicious. I had the thin crust pizza, which was also very good. I would recommend ordering extra sauce for the thin crust. We were there at lunchtime. Although we had a reservation, we opted to sit at the bar. The bartender was very attentive, professional and friendly. I had the Limoncello Spritz and my sister had some sort of strawberry cocktail. Both were delicious and refreshing. The restaurant is on Madison right across from the park. It's a fantastic location.

We arrived around 3:30 and our party of 4 was promptly seated. We had 2 Entrees, an appetizer and pizza. The Parmesan chicken, rigatoni, cheesy garlic bread, & Deep Dish pizza were all cooked well and brought out warm. The ambiance of the restaurant was as expected, which was also a positive. Will definitely be back!

The most delicious pizza in Chicago! I'm a local but brought some visitors. We got the deep dish with garlic & fresh tomatoes. Incredible! Also shared a thin with gardinara & pineapple. So satisfying & the price was reasonable! Highly recommend! Our waiter with the lavender Mohawk was lovely!

Weren't seated until about 40m after our reservation time for a party of 3. Dough used in both deep dish and thin crust is tasteless and dry, and pizza, in general, lacks flavor. Crust of “deep dish” is actually thinner than thin crust and just consisted of gobs more cheese. Can't figure out why this spot makes any lists for their pizza. Assume the popularity is due to Friday night and lack of great deal of options in the Loop. Shrug. Won't return.

Great food! Nice ambiance. The service was horrible. The waiter was grumpy and barely spoke. Only refilled drinks one time. His service definitely lessened the overall experience. Unfortunate. If you don't like your job quit and find something else to do.
