Food was outstanding . Service was terrible . We made a reservation and got seated right away. Server didn't come over for about 25 minutes . People were screaming at the bar excessively over a football game. After server came over they took our order for food and drinks. It took another 12-15 minutes to get our drink and about 50-1Hr to get our food ! Like I said food was outstanding , the service was terrible .

We visited Pizanos recently The deep dish pizza was nice but over priced and not worth the amount paid. I would recommend the cheaper thin crust pizza. We also had the calamari and it was nice and the service very also good. They maybe taking advantage of tourists.

We went to watch the Bears game, got there early and they were so accommodating and didn't rush us. Extra bonus is they surprised us with a complementary dessert. Definitely will go back.

Pizzas were great. We had both deep dish and regular. I had the regular and was some of the best I had in Chicago.
The bar area is dark and quiet (at the time I was there) . Drinks were great (with the exception of Pepsi).
Hey, a very mixed experience. The service was very friendly and courteous, but the pizza was a disgrace. The product didn't live up to expectations, given the high price. I'm sure you wouldn't survive half a year on that pizza in Europe. Sorry.

Make sure you book a table especially on weekends. Service was top notch, the lady who seemed to be in charge of the restaurant was extremely courteous and professional. Food was great portions sizes are huge. Only fault was the wait to get our table despite reserving a table.

The pizza was fantastic, but when we arrived, they started off by telling us that appetizers would be an hour and salads would be longer than pizza. They redeem yourself a little bit on the pizza, but you shouldn't ever have to wait an hour for an appetizer.
