The absolute worst service we’ve ever had in 40+ years! There was something seriously wrong with our waitress!! Never again will we return!

Walked up to grab a slice and asked to see a menu (for a future order) and they said "I am the menu" before walking off. Technically, I guess I didn't eat there because I was kinda confused and walked away after that.

The stars I gave were generous. Picture this…you’re on a high from a great game at Wintrust unfamiliar with the city but saw how convenient the pizza place was across the street. Cool!! Ordered a medium pizza and the crust could not be penetrated with a fork, a fork and a knife or my carnivorous teeth, we only ate the toppings. The sauce was pretty good.
We were disappointed but okay you win some you lose some UNTIL I’m walking to the restroom which was exceptionally clean and hear the guy that we thought was a manager talking to the actual manager about our complaint about the crust and the waitress being so nonchalant about the situation so I stopped and told them exactly what was wrong with our pizza. The manager looked me in my eyes and told me that’s how they cook their crust. No accountability, no apology, just that’s how we prepare our pizza. So why not just serve toppings? The crust is inedible however, I saw other patrons who didn’t seem to have the same experience as we did. They made a mistake and didn’t put in any effort to rectify the situation. Trust me eat elsewhere!!

this woman is a danger to society she is incredibly aggressive, when I asked her if my drink was inside she tore the bag in front of me and told me to carry everything with my hands, I asked her for the bag and she threw the order in my face and closed the curtain guys, this man is dangerous to society

This locations food sucks and the service is terrible. State st location is better. They will not let you sit inside and wait while they prepare the food. Even if it’s raining, you have to stand outside when there’s plenty of chairs empty. Even Dominos will at least let you have a seat while you wait.

Don't order the large, not enough to even feed 3 people. We wanted a large so we could all be full and comfortable, but we had to ration it out like the apocalypse. Taste was good, pepperoni was un-seeable but kind of there. They were very quick to deliver it which was good.
