Excellent service from the waiters but the pizza is not good, in the area you can find better options with lower prices.

Well we went back again just cause we were hungry and friends live close by , the pizza is ok, something about the thin hard crust , the pizza comes Very hot but the crust doesn't seem freshly made , it maybe frozen than topping added . If there is anyone expert out there on this please feel Free to correct the above , otherwise we love the place

Disappointing pizza with flavorless toppings. Tombstone 'za from the freezer is better...

When I went out for my birthday, I ordered a deep-dish pizza along with two other pizzas. It smelled slightly off, but I thought it was heady cheese. I took it home. I got sick later that night. When I smelled a piece of garlic from the takeout pizza, it was rancid. I called, I sent a message on their website. The manager emailed me. When I called back to ask for a refund for just the pizza I threw out, he told me I did not get sick, and they use fresh garlic, so it could not be the issue. Never go back. I would not trust their food safety.

Some of the best pizza in Chicago. I really enjoyed my deep dish with pepperoni, sausage, garlic, and spinach. Their bottoms up wings are really good too.

I was in town with my grandkids and wanted to take out a deep dish pizza, back to our hotel. Gino’s East had a huge line, so I stopped in here. It smelled like good Italian food, so I ordered the Rudy Special. It was ready in 40 minutes as promised. It was very tasty. I liked that it wasn’t runny, like a lot if deep dish pizzas.I liked the atmosphere. It reminded me off a neighborhood bar in Brooklyn, where I grew up. It’s not a big, spacious corporate place.
Awesome food and atmosphere. The founder is the one who started numero uno pizza in chicago.

Pretty good! A little pricey but that's to be expected for the location. Crust was crunchy but still melted in your mouth after a chew, and the flavor was good, not special but good. Not the best deep dish in the city but it definitely scratches the itch.

We had the best Deep Dish pizza; I have ever tasted here at Pizano's! The Pizza was a meat lovers deep dish with a house salad. It was delicious! The service was outstanding. Our server was very attentive and had service with a smile. The ambiance was a throwback and trendy. I love the autographed pictures of sports athletes on the wall near the bar.
