Took quite a while to get a reservation here. It's popular enough to still require about a month lead time, even for weekdays. Obviously with the hype and reviews, wanted to give it a try. The menu is simple, one size and style of pizza, all you pick are toppings. There seems to be a resurgence of interest in Chicago thin crust with this spot as the latest focusing on this style. Amazingly thin, crisp across the pizza, perfect ratio of cheese/sauce/toppings. Cocktails and wine, salad, focaccia, apps were on point along with every other aspect of restaurant. Truly impressed with it all!
The food was great and the service was exceptional. Billy was so helpful and went so far as to research the cheese used at the restaurant to guarantee its pasteurized for a pregnant member in our party.
