I wish I could give them a 0 stars… i just moved to an area where pizza actually delivers so I was excited bc my kids love Pizza Hut. I ordered a pizza and bbq wings. The entire order was rushed and horrible. My pizza doe wasnt finished !!!! Soon as I picked it up it was undercooked? & mushy !!! Then the wings were drenched in watery bbq sauce horrible.. im On my way to bed they said they can give me a new order but not a refund.. it’s 10pm & if y’all delivered it that aweful strong pass. We had cereal for dinner lmao, im good. Never again smh. The fact they even delivered this mess is insane to me!!! I wouldn’t recommend this location at alll

They refused to cancel our order after we put together different dinner plans because of a delay. They were making 50 pizzas for someone else. Yeahhh, we want to cancel our order and get a full refund, what a crazy expectation to have.

I placed an online order today and picked it up around 10 min ago(7:30pm). The staffing is ridiculous. Cashier got mad at me because she didn’t know how to count and got extremely upset when I showed her my cash was correct. She continued to give ME attitude bc she doesn’t know how to count. Ok girl 😂😂

I always order BBQ chicken pizza, this location decides to put no sauce on the pizza, it’s dry. When I called they claim they put a certain amount, “what, no sauce at all”, regular pizza has sauce!!
Food was ready on time as advertised when I placed the order: 20 mins. This was the first time I buy from this location but I'm glad I did because the food tasted really good and it was hot and ready for pick up right on time. Price was reasonable for the quality of food.

I mean. It’s a Pizza Hut. They got my order right and everything was fresh. I placed my order for a specific time and it was ready when I got there. They also helped with a dietary restriction issue. Typical chain pizza joint. Wing Street fell off though, that’s my opinion. If you’re gonna order Wing Street, get bone in because boneless is breading and no meat (pause)
