I mean. It’s a Pizza Hut. They got my order right and everything was fresh. I placed my order for a specific time and it was ready when I got there. They also helped with a dietary restriction issue. Typical chain pizza joint. Wing Street fell off though, that’s my opinion. If you’re gonna order Wing Street, get bone in because boneless is breading and no meat (pause)

Cashier was clearly frustrated from working but took that out on us. Our cheese pizza was extremely burned and she refused to give a refund, store credit only. The only reason store credit would not have been sufficient was due to the terrible customer service that was received at this location. Our normal location was closed and we decided to come here instead. She insisted that the cheese pizza would come out burned each time and was unwilling to push through the conveyor to eliminate us from having to settle for a unsatisfactory meal. After continuously trying to get her to offer any possible solution for not having to take home a burned pizza, I accept the loss and left the establishment with the pizza or my money. I felt like my money was stolen. She told me to call the manager in a week when he came back from vacation, but also refused to give any contact information. I get everyone doesn’t have the pleasure to “love” their jobs, but I do wish they would consider that they applied for it and we didnt force them to be there.

I placed an order at 8 pm as it was going to take at 9.43 pm they were going to deliver it to me when I went to pick it up after they charged me it was not in the store I need my money back for those two pizzas since I did not receive them alone They looked at the phone with the code and nothing they gave me my order ?after calling they left me waiting for the people at the pizzeria to answer and they never answered me for two hours waiting, what a pain I hope they return my money since I paid with my card yes They are very busy, they should not take more orders if they are not going to make them.

Its a small little location within the Damen Plaza. I always order online and have no problem picking up . They are really nice. They do have a sign for no cash payments only card on their front door.
