Horrible service absolutely regretted ordering from this Pizza Hut I ordered on line and the order was wrong when they got my order The employee that I spoke to attacked me as if I was A beggar off the streets told me I was in the wrong, I guess the customer is always right has gone out the window since 1990 I didn’t go back due to the fact that they might do something to my food the way the employee was acting towards a pain customer, Sorry to make your job so hard to a returning paying customer!!!

THIS PLACE SUCKS!! ORDERED A MEAT LOVERS PIZZA, AND I HAD TO GET MY MAGNIFING GLASS TO FIND IT!! THIS IS BS!! YOU WILL BE BETTER OFF GOING TO THE STORE AND GET A MEATLOVERS HOME RUN IN AND COOK YOURSELF, AND YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO LOOK FOR THE MEAT, AND SAVE A LOT OF MONEY TOO!!!!!!

Didn't receive half my order, placed order through a delivery service, my pizza isn't done but you can burn cinnamon rolls. But when I call to complain I was told oh well try the delivery service. Honestly don't recommend and ridiculous on all fronts

I placed an order for pick up of a medium peperoni pizza, cheese sticks, Cajun Fries. From where I was coming from it would be more than significant enough time for the order to be completed. Get there and the cheese sticks aren't ready will take 10 minutes so I wait. After the tike was up get my order and head home. They gave me 2 orders of cheese sticks, no Cajun fries what so ever. The woman that was in there doing the cooking had a bad attitude behind the counter. I seldom ever get pizza from here but my niece wanted a pizza specifically from Pizza Hut. I get it that people are tired frustrated, customer service needs a giant upgrade.

I would like to report this store. I had a very bad experience with the cashier under the name Edward. The receipt on top had incorrect store information. Pizza Hut #032432 9111 E Douglas Any City, 67207 which is inaccurate. Server name is Edward the employee seem to be the manager, black older male. I ordered from this location, did not have a menu posted at all, ordered at 8:44PM and the cashier or manager was very rude and had a lot of condescending attitude towards me. I asked about the menu item that wasted listed as “pork” or “beef” but he was very rude and said it could be any type of pork but like what!!!! The menu was so vague and confusing. How can a restaurant have a written menu listed on the counter. But the cashier or manager made it difficult to order. I will be contacting corporate and reaching out to the city of Chicago. This Pizza Hut is very sketchy. Also, all of a sudden their card reader isn’t working, but the payment went through but the cashier insisted payment again. This place is very off. Weirdest Pizza Hut I’ve ever been to.
No atmosphere. Very rigid with service but quick and efficient in the promise time. I felt it was too pricey for only a few wings. I personally feel popeyes has a better deal and options with a meal options.

The location just needs more lighting and a little more landscaping and for the kids if there's a kid meal they should accommodate the children with a 2-3 page coloring book and crayons...
