I’m trying to understand why your location is offering services that you all don’t uphold. I had placed an order for a contactless pickup; and what would you know…..I HAD TO GET OUT OF MY CAR AND PICK IT UP. After confirming i was parked and ready no one came. I sat for 10 mins and it wasn’t busy at all. You have got to do better. At least my food was hot.

This Pizza Hut is the worst location out here. I just got my food in person about 2 hours ago and it came out horrible. I ordered the Cheesey Alfredo with Cheese Sticks, the didn't add the marinara sauce at all. The Cheesey Alfredo looks like it's missing and I mean half of it.... literally! I called and told them about what they did to my order and they didn't even give me no refund at all. This Pizza Hut is the worst and I wouldn't recommend nobody to go this one for food. Terrible service and customer service. It's not worth it and all the other reviews below are right about everything. I'm never coming back to this Pizza Hut, they need and should do better honestly.

Ii have ordered from pizza hut in 2 different states enjoyed my meal and delivery was fast and courteous
This is the 3rd time I've ordered cheese sticks from here and they send them without even being sliced!! Called to speak to the manager about it and she states "we don't have to cut them". Well how in the am I supposed to be able to dip them in the small Marana sauce? Every other pizza hut, slices their cheese bread. You all are just some dysfunctional franchise Ghetto renegades ?

It was just terrible. I order online and the said my order would be ready for pick up in 30 minutes and I get there, my order ain't ready. They said it's going to be another 15 minutes and that 15 minutes turn into a whole hour and when they called my name they acted like they didn't want to give me my food. The Manger had a attitude and was yelling at me after calling my name. It's very unprofessional there.

Never and I mean ever order from this location. Our first mistake was ordering from Pizza Hut. I ordered 3 medium 1- topping pizzas. I live within a 1.5 mile radius of this place so it didn't take a long time to get home. Once I was home and opened the boxes I noticed all 3 pizzas were old, burnt and dried out. There was hardly any sauce and these were the driest pizzas. I called the restaurant and the snotty manager said the only thing she could offer was to remake them. Mind you we have a house full of small children who were hungry, the night before Thanksgiving and running back to the restaurant was not an option. Not only did I waste gas, time but I'm currently out of the $ we spent on pizzas. Please do yourself a favor and bypass this place at ALL costs.
