I will keep this short and sweet! Avoid this Pizza hut! I ordered online at 6:40 for delivery and got a text message at 6:55 that my pizza was on the way. 7:05 rolls around and I am still wondering where is the pizza. Mind you, I live less than a mile away and was thinking that they might have had a problem finding my place. I called in and was quickly put on hold. I waited for five minutes and then hung up because I thought I saw the car pull up (nope!). Now it is 7:15 and still no pizza. I try calling the place three times and kept being put on automated hold and hung up on. I called the fourth time at 7:20 and finally got a person. He curtly said "your pizza should be arriving" and abruptly hung up. No "I'm sorry" or anything. Anyway, the guy finally shows up at 7:25 and hands me the pizza, drinks, and garlic knots. When I go inside, I realize that there is no sauce for the garlic knots and the pizza is barely warm. They have the audacity to charge almost $4 for delivery and this is what I get? I am canceling my account with Pizza Hut and never ordering from them again. I should have known better!

Camille was very rude. Did not provide any info on pizza prices and told me to go online. When i was about to eat there he told me i couldn't eat there.

I placed an order for pick up and asked for my pizza to be cut into squares. They didn’t cut it into squares. It was cut into triangles.

I called this place up to place a order for a pizza and wings. I asked for the boneless wings tossed in buffalo sauce. They said they do not do that there becouse they dont have buffalo sauce I then asked how do they sell bone in wings tossed in buffalo sauce and asked y cant they just tose the boneless in bufallo sauce guy then changes his answer and says that is extra wich I would not mind paying but your going to flat out lie to me at the beginning and say that you guys do not do that becouse there is no buffalo sauce then change ur answer when I catch u in a lie completely ridiculous.

The pizzas I ordered for carry out were burnt, chicken alfredo pasta flavorless, I didn't notice until I got home, ruined dinner.

It's a Pizza Hut. It's fine for a Pizza Hut. Clean. Accessible. Good staff. But at the end of the day it's a Pizza Hut. Quality breadsticks.

The food arrived really fast and the staff was friendly. Eating the food there was WAY better than having it delivered because everything was hot and the crust for the pizza and bread sticks were crispy. If you got it delivered it would have been cold and soggy by the time it arrived so dine there because YOU'LL ENJOY IT MORE

I have been going to this location for years! Over 15 years! Back when they use to have the all you can eat pizza buffet for lunch. Sadly this place must have changed ownership. Today I walked in with one son at about 4:30PM. We were the only people in the restaurant outside a mom and her son. There were 3 servers. We didn't get greeted but we continued to sit and wait for them to arrive with the menu. One of the older gentleman said he will be right with us. Then approached the table and said what do u want? I asked him how I order without looking at a menu and if I can have one? He dropped the menu off walked away to get back on his phone sitting a few tables away. I tried to reach out to him but apparently it was an important call with something to do with his wife. When I approached the counter the other 2 wanted nothing to do with me and went into the kitchen. We walked out after approximately 30 minutes in there with no water no greeting and just 2 menus with no one bothered to take an order! Sad what happened to this place!

Only leaving this review because of all the terrible ones I see on here. I visited this location with some friends last week and we had a great experience. I believe our servers name was Alberto. He was really nice and kept on top of everything as much as he could, because he was also working at the counter assisting those customers as well. The food tasted good. It was interesting to try baked wings as opposed to fried ones. All in all, I don't have anything negative to say. It appeared to be very clean, the tables were wiped, the floor was clean as well as the bathrooms. It was a good experience and I don't understand all the negativity on here about it.

The service was excellent! We had ordered 16 chicken wings but they gave us 15 on accident and I told them about it and the gave us 8 for free on the house!

I called to see if they had a mistake pizza for a homeless guy i bring food to and THEY DID-Gave it to me very graciously and kindly no questions asked we do live in a beautiful world thank you Devon Ave., Pizza Hut 3400ish W.Good people!! I appreciate kindness and compassion!!! We All have to look out for each other

This location used to be one of my favourite places until yesterday. I called on 06 25 at 12 38 for a pick up one gentleman picked up the phone I ordered a veggie one he the order said it is going to be 23 Dollars will be ready in 15minutes I said it is fine and hung up in less a couple of minutes I realized I forgot to tell him I am allergic to tomatoe sauce he doesn't ask me what kind of sauce I want I called again same gentleman picked up the phone I told him I am allergic to tomatoe sauce please don't use it he said it is already in the process I said I can not eat that will you please make another one he said what about this you got to pay for this too I said I am not going to pay for that since I am not going to use it then he said should I cancel it I said yes cancel it. After some time I realized he should not be saying that I got to pay for that to place another one then I called again same gentleman picked up the phone I said can I talked to the manager here comes the problem this gentleman claims he is the one who took the order it is not true he lied about it since I talked to the first gentleman three times his voice and accent was different he said he doesn't say that I got to pay for that to place another one my request is here staff should be trained well not to lie and some professional training good manager not a liar
