If i could give them 0 stars i would. I was doing a door dash order. I went to Pizza Hut to pick up the order. I told them the name of the order i was picking up and she goes “that order was stolen”. Mind you, Pizza Hut keeps their orders for pick up in a hot box behind the counter so you can’t pick up orders unless an employee hands it to you. I think it was weird that the cashier didn’t take accountability for the fact that she gave out the wrong order rather than saying it was stolen because that’s untrue. I asked if she could remake the order , advocating for the customer (it was a really huge order, it’s not like that got only one thing). She told me she will not make the order and to just tell door dash it was stolen. Worst Pizza Hut, please don’t ever go here because they clearly don’t care so I’d never eat at this location.
Everybody was on there cell phones when I walked in and my pizza was dry and nasty I felt like it was over cooked will not eat pizza hut again

Just take the extra drive to a different location mangers here don’t help for anything they can completely be wrong and know it my food for kids party was over cooked and restaurant was closed and I was told I was supposed to keep it

My food was poorly prepared and 2 of my pizzas were dry and burnt. I ordered 4 pizzas, 2 medium and 2 large. They cut the pizza unevenly and barely put any cheese on them. I was really disappointed in my order. I did however try the new chicken sausage and it's very flavorful. I like the boneless wings better than the pizza, which they were totally out of. Next time I'll cook or prepare a frozen pizza instead of ordering here again.

The manager was nice and the food was hot and fresh. I ordered 4 pizza and wing combos. We will definitely be back for more. Keep up the great work.

Shereville.Indiana Pizza Hut was very delicious topping fresh here very well done the store carpet was very sticky and floors very clean not rinsed you see soap buildup on all floors someone cleaned ceiling were above ovens look very clean see alot soap film I Have say looked cleaner this visit. The men's urinal had alot iron like urine rust bottom. bathrooms. Look. Cleaner. All needs. alot. Hot. Mopping. Rinse.Off. Soap.

This place was far the most nastiest and impolite establishment I’ve ever been to. At lease the pizza could is been good versus the service.

One of your employees told me that I didn't have the right to feel mad after he told me that he didn't have my order. MIND YOU I was in the store 15 min before and he told me it would be a 10 minute wait. So I was upset that he didn't tell me the first time that there was no order and i had waited for no reason. After addressing that to him he proceeded to search around and he eventually found my order. The problem had been that he cashed it out before it even got into my hands(why would he do that?)so on his screen it said he didn't have the order AT ALL. once the situation was cleared up I was still upset but not at him, at the situation itself(Mistakes happen i understood that). I told him i have a right to be mad and he said, "[no you don't. No one has the right to be mad]" I didn't go to pizza hut for a therapy session. I went to pick up a delivery. I want to also point out that I was respectful even tho I was mad. Your employee escalated the situation. Once he set the order down I asked was the pasta in there because I didn't see it. He just passive aggressively repeated the name of my order, as to say that everything was there instead of simplying just replying with a yes. I then, overwhelmed by everything that just happened, called him out of his name as i was leaving because at the point i blamed him for our interaction. The only thing I am apologizing for is disrespecting him by calling him out of his name. It was uncalled for and rude. However, i do not apologize for respectfully defending myself while your employee was clearly trying to antagonize me. I genuinely just dont understand why he felt the need to comment about my attitude when i know for a fact that I was still respectful. Could he not grasp the situation and see it from my perspective? Or just not comment realizing that it was HIS mistake that caused it in the first place? I hope all of your employees can learn and grow from this.

I usually don’t have bad experiences with this place. However the management is horrible and unprofessional. I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats and for some reason, the staff allowed some random man to steal my order. Also, my Uber Eats delivery driver was asking the restaurant to remake my order, but the manager refused. I will never eat from this establishment ever again. The fact that the manager proceeded to argue with the Uber eats driver because him and his staff dropped the ball is ridiculous.

Don't get the gps said they were there and they wasn't there.??
2nd time I ordered cheese sticks and given bread sticks. The employee tried to convince me they were one in the same. I've ordered and eaten the cheese sticks before, this was not what I wanted nor paid for.
