Occasionally, order from here!!!! But, today called in a delivery order as usual. And, they girl taking order didn't seem at all chippy like the other time. Made my pizza order with buffalo wings ( always love theirs ). This time they sent me the gross smelling BBQ. I can't even stand the smell. Tell me why when I called they had me waiting for 10mins to figure something out. They wouldn't refund. Wanted to give credit. ( only order 1x every other month or so ). Girl that took order got on the phone and was like you told me BBQ and I repeated order 2x. Im like and the 2x you said wings not flavor. Now, it was 11pm and still now order redelivered. Told me I was on its way and while on the phone said that they didn't have a delivery person yet. Never again will I be ordering again. Now, $20 wings on the garbage. No one in the household eats wings.

I usually go to Pizza Nova in Pilsen. On Halloween I decided to go to little village instead. I ordered for pickup. The pizza was amazing but my complain is with the cashier who had an attitude for no reason, I still said thank you when I received my order and she didn't even say anything back like girl don't work in customer service if you don't like customers! I almost told her off but I decided to not engage with miserable people. I will stick to my pizza nova in Pilsen from now on

Great Owner! I been ordering here for over 10 years and I never once had a complaint, until a few weeks ago. I was not happy with the pizza because it looked sloppy and not as usual. Which I understand because they all can't be perfect. I told the person on the phone about it and the owner switched it out for a new one (free of charge). They didn't even argue with me about it because of my track record. He made things right and I'm happy being a loyal customer.

I placed an order over the phone to send my uncle a small meal. When I placed the order, the cashier didn’t ask if I wanted to leave a tip, which I assumed was just a simple oversight. The delivery driver, however, called me afterward and demanded a tip because my uncle hadn’t left one. I did end up tipping $3 on a $10 order, but the call felt aggressive and unprofessional. This experience left me disappointed with the level of service.
It's the first time I've ordered from this place it's delicious it arrived hot it's not very thick it's thin but very tasty and we loved it I ordered supreme with jalapeños the delivery was friendly I will order again 🙂 without a doubt thank you

I've been eating here since I was a kid, their food hasn't changed a bit however, there are moments where my pizza does arrive a little too burnt but not to the point where it's inedible, food is pretty decent (even though I get the shits cuz I'm lactose) plus there pizzas are relatively affordable
