The pizza good not the best but it’s pizza. But the main reason for this review is the delivery service. I called for delivery and I was told over the phone that the do card payments when they deliver. Meaning the driver has a device to take the payment which is great. But the driver called with an attitude that to make sure I had my card ready to pay before the delivery was made. Then when he showed up he was mad and rushing and I was trying to tip him I pressed other and it by passed the tip option then he was really mad and started yelling say “Now I don’t get a tip!” It was a bad experience to start with but what was worse it was at my place of work. So the service really needs to get better cause I’ll never do delivery again may not even go there again cause there are plenty of other pizza places in the area.
Piece of hard plastic or glass found on slice of pizza. We called in to make the complaint and for starters , we were not taken seriously. They thought we were lying and asked to bring the pizza back in but mind you we have already gone through majority of the pizza and this came out within the last slices. You could hear the staff laughing in the background and the manager taking this as if it was a joke which is completely unprofessional as an establishment. They wanted to give us a new one instead of compensating or offering another way of solution. Why would we need another pizza if we’re having this issue of foreign items being in it ! Pizza Nova please do better !

The worse experience ever! DO NOT COME HERE I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!! The owner can be so rude. I came in here with my sisters, nieces and my son, I thought I was going to have a goodnight but no!! The owner was so rude and kept looking at our children with evil eyes, I felt so uncomfortable it made me mad. I asked the cashier for my order and at last I asked her if she can charge me a gyro to go but if she can please let the cooker in the back if he can make it towards the end when I head out and will let her know. She ignore what I said and decided to not pass my message to the cooker and gave me my order all at once! I clearly told her the gyro was going to be to go but they decided to do it their way even when I paid on time smh! I don’t recommend anyone to come here at all! Poor customer service and honestly the fries looked old too so if you are planning on spending your money and you’re a family person I recommend you to save your time and money and go somewhere else because this restaurant is not it!

The pizza nova express is very good. But this visit my pizza was over done with burnt edges and bottom since it was a pickup I had to return it after the fact to get a new pie . So it got three stars this time

The service has gotten worse. The last time that ordered from them was in March. I had to argue with both the cashier and the manager about my credit card receipt. They refused to issue my receipt. I refused to support them after that. However, while visiting my mom for the weekend, she told me that she wanted pizza for dinner. Mind you, she has been tube fed for the last 6 months, following a serious head injury and we have been slowly mouth feeding her, against her Dr's orders. We are bringing her back!! Well, she wanted "Pizza Nova from on 79th St", her exact words. Anything for my mom?. I placed my order over the phone, small deep dish, one thin slice,(for my mom), and a small frie. I was told it would be ready for pickup in 30mins. I walked into the location 35mins exactly. After paying with my credit card and going thru the usual exchange of words concerning my receipt, I was told very rudely that my pizza would not be ready for another 30mins. I explained that I was told that it would be 30mins, now an additional 30mins. The cashier snap back at me, " Well, it's going to be 30mins", and walk away. My pizza was finally ready, and I headed back to my mom's. My order was not correct. Now the manager is rude over the phone explaining that he didn't care what I ordered, he gave me what he had and that if I wasn't happy with the food, to bring it back "NOW", for a refund. I explained that I only wanted to inform him that I wanted a thin slice for my mom and I was willing to keep the whole pizza, even though the crust was burnt. He replied, "Do what you want, Stop wasting my time. I'm busy ". I definitely will NEVER patronize this place again. Unless anyone likes to pay to be disrespected, I would not recommend this place!!!!

Delicious food! Highly recommend calling in advance and getting there within time frame for fresh food. Hours have changed. Really like Mexican pizza, the pan pizza, bbq broasted chicken or rib tips!
