Horrible service and customer service. Went in for a simple order. A large family came after us and order much more food than my order and they got served first. They took more than 25 min and had to cancel my order. Thomas is a disgrace as a manager. Definitely does not know how to take care of his staff or customers.

I ordered pizza and then it came 1.5 hours late and it was cold. I was told they would give me a credit of what I paid for the first meal. I ordered 1/2 ribs and fries and the ribs were hard as a rock! And burnt and the bread was hard also. Poor service and I grew up always ordering from here. I won’t be buying food ever again.

Hi, am a woman a full-blown honesty so I must keep this review honest as well. The customer service and treatment to their customers at this location is utterly despicable and low down. When it comes to service in personality, I would never offend any living human being with this excuse of a restaurant. Now, with that being said, if we are going to separate the products from the owner, then I would highly recommend going here for the deep dish pepperoni pizza.
The highlight of this restaurant is that they deliver, the food is good and the late night availability for their hours of service. Thankfully, their food is good and they are very convenient to order but beyond that Service is not worthy of one’s time and money.
Ordered online and they messed up the order again they mess up every time, this is the 4th time I have placed an online order and they miss an item or make an item incorrectly, do they not double check the orders? Or do the workers just not read what should be in the order? This place messes up orders more than any other place I’ve been to

I live less than a mile away from this location yet it always takes them more than am hour 20 or 30 mins to deliver the manager is very unprofessional they're about to lose me as a customer my orders are always atleast 70 dollars and my pizza arrives cold

I do not recommend this place because of the type of employees and service they provide today. I ordered a pizza and they told me 30 to 40 minutes, it didn't arrive. I'm not going to be listening to sermons for a 40 dollar pizza and he wouldn't even be Michael Jackson to be listening to me. The man is a very rude person thanks to those 40 dollars that he says we contribute as clients to the Check that he takes home to support his family. Your family I hope the owner takes action on the matter or simply no one bought at pizza nova
