Update: I received my order over 2 and a half hours later. Delivery guy forgot my soda, so I had to wait for him to come back. Get the phone fixed or ensure there’s a way for customers to reach out to check the status of their orders. I almost hopped on the bus just to get there! Definitely still leaving this at one star. The PN on 43rd would never!
I placed an online order for delivery, and I waited an hour and a half like the suggested time frame stated. I decided to call this location to check on the status of my order, and the phone call never went through. It just made a dialtone noise. So now I’ve had no way of checking the status of my order, and it’s past the delivery timeframe. I already provided my card information on the website and paid? I’m not really sure what to do about this.

girl over the phone had an ugly attitude, was very unprofessional. I said “thank you, have a good day” and she said “mhm” and hung up the phone. And when I was placing my order she said “is that everything else or you need more?” Trying to be sarcastic. Very dissatisfied.

The food there is a rip off the so called deals they have aren’t deals the large pizza looks like a damn medium pizza if that’s the case I’d hate to see what a medium looks like .. pizza nova it’s a NO for me … go to LaCoco’s

Terrible service!!!! Girl wanted to argue with me like we out in streets, calls management and it gets worse……. All over a coupon they offer and said was not valid, yet it’s posted everywhere since I can remember even on the menu.

The service is terrible, they have posted coupons online and in store yet everytime i try using them they say it’s not valid. So why is it still up then? I love pizza nova but I’m not going here anymore I’ll go to little village instead, it’s worth the risk.

I placed a delivery order with very specific items, and when it arrived, both the pizza and wings were completely wrong. I called to let them know, and instead of helping, the staff argued with me and tried to go back and forth as if the mistake was my fault. To make things worse, they told me I needed to bring the food back myself if I wanted a refund — even though I paid for delivery. Absolutely unprofessional and frustrating experience. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Wow, just wow. Your customer service is really really missing the mark. A couple of weeks ago your big guy behind the counter was so rude. Then today after ordering over the phone the young lady hung up on me I said thank you have a great day after she asked anything else and I get a click with a loud bang... wow!! Not the first time either. You know restaurants everywhere are getting so expensive, that bad customer service just makes the decision for us to take out the crock pot and cook at home. I didn't order attitude with my pizza. After today I sincerely doubt I'll be back sooner rather than later. Wow... by the way you're thin crust pizza is too thick, needs salt and your sauce is too sweet and your fries are always cold.

The GIRL that answers the phone for orders has no idea what she’s doing. I repeated my order MULTIPLE times however she still managed to get it wrong when delivered. They offered to make me a new pizza with my correct order and again, they still got it completely WRONG so we had TWO pizzas that got messed up and we didn’t end up getting our correct order at all. Our order was very SIMPLE and there should be no reason why they made the same mistake twice. Also, after calling pizza nova multiple times, they refused to answer my number and when they did they just hung up. I had to use another number to finally get ahold of them which was frustrating because they purposely weren’t answering the phone.

They took more than 25 min and had to cancel my order. Thomas is a disgrace as a manager. Definitely does not know how to take care of his staff or customers.
