Got the Thursday deal pizza and a pop. Good old fashioned classic sausage pizza. It was hot fresh and ready when arrived for pickup. I couldn't stop eating it even later at night. My child ate two pieces and she can be picky. This is a working man's pizza joint and I loved it.

Got the fettuccine alfredo and my friend got some wings! We got garlic bread and a side salad, which were also good! Service was great and it was a really chill spot🍕🍝

Today 3/30/25 will be the last day that I ever order rib tips from this place ever again. I'm sick and tired of spending money I don't have, on rib tips that either have too much fat and gristle, no lean meat, too hard or not tender enough. I can get better rib tips from my old hood in Garfield Park! I gave the rib tips 2 stars, the shrimp baskets 4 stars, the pizza slices and fries are okay. Gotta eat the fries fast, otherwise they become hard.

We had the pizza at a family gathering. we then ordered pickup. This pizza is unique because the crust is not thin and not thick so it is crisp on the outside and still a bit chewy on the inside. The whole family enjoyed it!

I had an Italian beef and it was average if that; the nacho cheese did not pass the test. But I do eat a lot of Italian beef’s. I give it a 3 ; the place gets a 3.5 on selection and service a price. Very affordable. I will probably come back to try other things ; if I am in the area.

I have been a customer since 1990. Almost 35 years. In the recent decade, it's a hit or miss. A 50/50 gamble. Most recently, I ordered a pan pizza. She said 35 to 45 minutes for delivery. The pizza did not come for 75 minutes. It looked hours old, the kind of pizza you see heated under heat lamps. The pizza was gross. It looked hours or a day old. I paid $35 for old pizza. For a neighborhood pizza place with multiple locations, the delivery should be faster - a lot faster.
The best way to eat this pizza is from oven to table. If you need a slice, they make fresh pizzas around school dismissal time at their Pilsen location. Lastly, opt for pickup over delivery.
It may be my last pizza from Pizza Nova. In these difficult financial times, it really hurts to lose $35 on an old pizza.

This place the pizza was decent. The company I worked for they said it was good as well just the fact the cashier is unprofessional and the manager Freddie Flores was not even professional and no apology whatsoever from the night shift. Working in the restaurant should have customer service skills as taking orders accurately, being polite and having patience with customers and ensuring positive experience . Unfortunately this place does not have it with that one cashier that works during the weekends the weekdays the cashier is very nice! Unfortunate I am not aware of their names. They lied and refused service stating that I cancelled my order when clearly it was paid and delivered instead of the manager stating he will find out and apologize but NO he didn’t he was going to take my order after all I just refused it instead I will take my money in some other place. I will be contact BBB with this statement as well. Thank you for serving me before just please have better cashier employees it’s important to have great staff overall to have a good out coming business.
The best veggie pizza I’ve had in a while. They don’t skimp on the ingredients I’m glad I gave them a try. I hope they never change quality of their products.
