Pizza nova needs to offer more specials and new items to their menu because everything is so expensive and the portions are so small would be nice if pizza nova adds a desert menu featuring all kinds of delicious sweets and shakes and cakes fresh made cookies etc… that way if someone wants dessert after they eat they can choose what they like and order something sweet to complete their meal.

I always order my pizza from this location till one day I tried to place an order and the person on the phone said “we don’t deliver to that address anymore”. This made me confused because I’m obviously paying for it and never had an issue with placing a delivery. Pizza nova lost a client ✌?

Asked for deep dish when I called she kept repeating pan I said deep dish,they gave me pan pizza, n then said 25%off on all pizzawell she lied about there price but the manager gave me free fries to try to say sorry. when we got home we called about the incorrect pizza! they were arguing saying that a deep dish pizza is pan pizza.…no its not. We in Chicago u should know what it is when someone asking for a deep dish pizza not pan

I ordered a six piece bone in wings to go. When I got home, noticed the wings were boneless. Call restaurant and employee said they apologize but manager can’t do anything about mix up.
