The best thing crust in town
I've been coming here for many years and they never disappoint. The food is always fresh and delicious. One of my favorite restaurants in Lakeview.

I swung by Panino’s Pizza the other night and was pleasantly surprised—solid 4★ spot if you’re after a laid‑back, no‑frills meal. I grabbed a margherita panini + classic cheese pizza and a side of meatballs, spent right around $25 including tax and tip. The pizza crust was crisp, panini was nice and cheesy, sauce wasn’t too sweet—felt real Chicago‑authentic. Service was chill and quick, though the dining room’s a bit tight. Will be back next time I’m in the neighborhood.

I’ve been trying as many pizza by the slice places as I can in Chicago while I live here and so far this has been my favorite. I know it’s a part of a Chicago chain and usually chains aren’t known for killing it, but this place kills it.

Panino’s Pizza in Lakeview is my go-to for a solid slice that never disappoints. Dropped about $25 on a personal Margherita Neapolitan pie and a side of calamari—both hit the spot. The pizza had that perfect chewy crust with a slight char, and the calamari was crispy and tender. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, making it a great spot for a casual dinner. Whether you're grabbing a quick bite or settling in for a meal, Panino's delivers quality every time. Highly recommend if you're in the neighborhood and craving authentic Italian flavors.

Amazing wood fired pizzas! The Barese and the Mona Lisa are just haves!! Absolutely do not sleep on the cannolis! I've eaten cannolis in many places and these are right there at the top! The addition of candied oranges to the filling is such a pro move! With such an expensive menu, you'll always have a new item to try each visit!

Amazing pizza by the slice! Good sized portions. We got a pepperoni slice and one other that had vodka sauce on it and both were phenomenal.
