A tallish man with dark hair was extremely kind and nice to talk to. He went out of his way to help me through the menu when I was confused and helped us find a seat when it was extremely packed. Hope he gets the recognition he deserves!
Food & coffee are very good, the ambience is neat, but service needs substantial improvement. Every time I go there, at least one staff member is in a very bad mood, which affects the overall atmosphere and experience. I can sympathize if they are unhappy with working conditions or other issues, but I still think every customer deserves a decent experience and should not be made to feel undesired just for being there.
