This place is a complete rip off. I ordered the walnut, cranberry, apple salad. The apple in the salad was browning and old. The entire salad comes in the smallest container. Its tiny. You do not get what you pay for. Do not add protein to your bowl either. It was $4 for extra tofu. There were 6 tiny cubes of tofu in the salad… don’t do it.

I was impressed with their healthy menu items. Had the Kale salad and cup of chili to go. Their salad to go container was a small square clear plastic that at first glance looked too small with all of it's ingredients squished including the dressing and condiment cups inside. I'm not a big fan of placing condiments cups or packets into or top of my fresh clean food ingredients. I would definitely ask for condiments be bagged outside of salads for future. As for quality and taste. Their menu doesn't mention that all of their produce is organic so had to ask and I was told they use organic greens. Which is a big plus bc I try to avoid any salad greens, fruits and veggies that are high in pesticides. As far as taste, once I arrived home and opened the salad, I was pleasantly surprised that while packed it didn't seem like much, unpacked and once arranged, it was a good portion for the price. The kale and veggies in my salad were fresh and crisp. Their in house dressing was also very good with quality clean ingredients! The cup of chili was small but hearty and very flavorful. It's exactly how I would prepare my own and I was very impressed with how well seasoned it was and had just the right amount of a spicy kick as Chili should be:) I will be returning to try some of their other items. I was curious about their Snickerdoodle cookie but never tried them before so $8 for 2 cookies was a bit much for me. I asked if they ever allow their customers to sample any of their cookies or menu items in general and I was told no. I would have definitely bought one cookie if it were an option. Would be nice if you offered your customers samples of small bites from time to time. It would definitely be an incentive to come back and try more of your menu items and specials in the future. I live in the area and had driven past this place almost daily and I'm glad I made the effort to find parking. Just like most of the city, it's becoming more and more difficult to find parking to even stop and visit spots like this. This is another reason you might consider appealing to new and returning customers that aren't walking distance to your new spot by offering lunch specials w/cookie or drink maybe and don't forget the complimentary bites:)

My compliments to you Chef Sarah for being "Locally sourced, Sustainably minded, Always organic and Carbon conscious"!

Vegetarian options: Their website states they are:
Locally sourced, Sustainably minded, Always organic and Carbon conscious

Dietary restrictions: They accommodated omitting rice from salad for more greens. Would use Agave, Honey and Coconut Sugar for sweetening instead of processed and inflammatory Cane sugar.

Parking: Bike path on Augusta narrows street more than before and make parking even more difficult.

We live close by so have been wanting healthy options and a go-to smoothie place for so long! This place is so bare inside that it didn't even look open yet but realized today it actually was so gave it a try. The smoothies are too expensive to be a daily routine kinda thing and the salads are $16 for a small container the size of what you get at the airport/grocery stores. You get twice the salad for half the price at Sweetgreen. The chili soup I ordered to go was ice cold pulled straight from their fridge. I didn't have a microwave where I was going and wasn't informed that it would be ice cold, so definitely not a great lunch.

Wanted to like it so badly! Hoping they will make some improvements so healthy options can stay.

I highly recommend Plenty Goods Cafe. The menu has so many unique flavor combinations and focuses on seasonal ingredients. The food was fresh, delicious, and satisfying. The space is bright and inviting, and the staff was friendly and knowledgable. I was so happy to find a locally owned health-focused cafe.

I decided to try this place on whim. I live in the neighborhood and often walk by with my dog. The salads are so fresh, filling and so reasonably priced! A nice addition to the neighborhood for sure.

Vegetarian options: Everything on the (often-changing) menu seems to be veggie by default, and most things are vegan. Options to add non-veggie proteins are add-on.

Wheelchair accessibility: Doors open from sidewalk with only a 1/2" threshhold to cross.

HIGHLY recommend. Their salads are delicious, ample sized and super reasonably priced. I usually can split it into two servings, and even my husband gets full after one of the salads! The space is clean and cute.I also did the January challenge and it kept me alive haha. Now I usually place a pickup order on Sundays for a couple salads to get through the week. If you're looking for a local spot with healthy food that's easy - cannot emphasize this place enough.

Plenty Goods has been a lifesaver for us! After the holidays, we needed to get back to eating healthy and break out of our unhealthy take-out rut. Plenty Goods helped us find our healthy, tasty, easy groove. We participated in the 2024 February Veggie Challenge - each week, we select 10 meals - some from the current menu, others just made for participants in the Challenge. Participants could choose between vegetarian/vegan protein or animal protein in their meals. We chose the animal protein and were very happy. Although, NGL, seeing the term “animal” on my food does make me feel a tiny bit guilty about what I’m eating, but not enough to go back to being a vegetarian. ?Everything we tried was delicious, filling, vegetable forward and proved to be way easier than take-out. It is so convenient to just open the fridge and have a selection of healthy salads and bowls ready to go.A have a few favorites, but the top spot on my list belongs tk the dark chocolate pomegranate salad - I know, chocolate, in a kale salad (?!?!) - but OMG - it’s sooo good!I love going into the bright, clean, modern storefront and the team is super friendly and professional. Every time I’ve been, they have our meals ready to go for pick-up - making this an easy peasy stop.FWIW, parking can be a little tricky in that location. As of 2/21/24, there are a few unmarked / unofficial “loading zone” type spots on the northbound side of Damon Ave. just north of Augusta. Knock on wood, I’ve never had a problem finding parking here, and TBH, I’m in and out of the shop within one full cycle of the traffic lights. So happy to have Plenty Goods in the neighborhood! They’ve made a big difference in the way we eat and we look forward to having many more of their meals stocking our fridge in the future!

The food was delicious, fresh and healthy. My only criticism is that when you order “for here” they still give it to you in a plastic container that goes right in the trash. They have plates to use which is great, but the plastic just makes me feel bad, because it has a life span of one minute until I put the food on a plate and the plastic in the trash.

I AM OBSESSED WITH PLENTY GOODS CAFE AND CHEF SARAH!! I cannot say enough good things about this cafe and its delicious food. I was a fan of Plenty Goods prior to the Cafe opening and was a part of their Salad Club. I didn't think it could get better than Salad Club but IT IS. Now, there is so much variety in what is being offered from vegan meals to soup, hot dishes, and salads. You can't go wrong. Some of my favorites are the hot honey chicken and the mushroom vegan ramen. Everything I've had here is so nourishing and healthy. While I love Sweet Greens, I love supporting a local, small business. Plus, they are so creative in everything they offer!

Plenty Goods Cafe leaves you feeling good after a meal—no pun intended. The menu provides a variety, mixing staples with seasonal dishes, so there's always an interesting meal to choose from. Not only is the food healthy, but the attention to detail and care behind each dish is evident with carefully sourced ingredients. Our favorites (so far) were the shawarma salad, tumeric tahini buddah bowl, and the golden chicken & rice soup. The space provides a clean, inviting atmosphere with friendly staff that's a fantastic addition to the neighborhood, and we are excited to have Plenty Goods Cafe as a staple in our routine going into the new year.
