Plenty Goods is what happens when “healthy” stops being a trend and starts being a standard.
This is nutrient-dense food that actually tastes incredible. Bold flavors. Thoughtful ingredients. Zero compromise. You leave feeling energized, clear, and like you just did something very right for your body — without sacrificing an ounce of joy.
They aren’t riding the wellness wave. They are the wellness wave. Every bowl, smoothie, and plate feels intentional — crafted to nourish, restore, and genuinely fuel you.
In a world full of buzzy health spots, Plenty Goods is the real deal. An absolute asset to the neighborhood and the gold standard for food that feeds your body and your life.
10/10. No notes.

At first I balked at the price but the quality is worth it. I got a place setting eating with a real knife and fork and a pitcher for water. Only wish this place was closer to me! The only reason I give 4 stars is because there menu is a little limited and the price is high, otherwiseexcellent! !

Great neighborhood place for salads, smoothies, and coffee. The meal subscription plan offers a convenient way to eat healthy throughout the week with fresh quality ingredients and no prep work or fuss. The food is much better than other ready-made food services such as Cook Unity/Factor and it’s great to be able to support a local business.

Best breakfast sandwich I have ever had with the best sauce. Wow those sauces, amazing.
Salads are off the charts. Absolutely the best place in the neighborhood (maybe to city). Will be here regularly and often

Revival salad at it’s finest. We had 3 salads (Shawarma, Turmeric Tahini, and Thai Quinoa) all equally fresh and filling. Glad to have a salad place in our neighborhood that’s quality, decently priced, and that I don’t walk away hungry from.

Plenty Goods is hands down one of my new favorite spots in Chicago! I had the Build Your Own Bread + Avocado with sliced grilled chicken, roasted corn, corn chips, and sunflower seeds—and wow, you could taste the freshness in every bite. The ingredients are vibrant, flavorful, and clearly high-quality.
The toast was perfectly balanced—creamy avocado, tender chicken, sweet roasted corn, and that crunch from the corn chips and sunflower seeds made it unforgettable. Fresh, healthy, and filling without being heavy—exactly what I look for in a great café experience.
The space itself is modern, welcoming, and perfect for grabbing a quick bite or meeting up with friends. Service was friendly and efficient, which made the whole visit even better.
If you love healthy food, fresh ingredients, and creative flavor combinations, this is the place to be. I’ll definitely be coming back to try their salads and smoothies next!

I picked up food from Plenty Goods, right down the street from me. I have driven by many times but never stopped in. I ordered the kale taco salad + grilled chicken. It was delicious! The habanero ranch was the perfect amount of spicy. Everything was very thoughtfully prepared for easy takeout. So much better than sweetgreen.. I will be returning!

Finally got to try Plenty Goods and it was delicious! Had the kale taco salad and it was so flavorful and fresh. As someone who has to eat gluten and dairy free, this place is such a treat.
