Had such an awesome experience today at Poke bowl. I was curious, and wanted to try a poke bowl, not sure which one, and the young lady, Lydia, recommended one that she thought I would enjoy...
She recommended the Bang Bang fried shrimp bowl, which was so delicious and had all my favorite foods avocado, pickled cucumber carrots two different sauces on top Bang Bang and Schwein's sauce.
I appreciate the kindness and knowledgeable customer service that she displayed, along with Lydia's patience and professionalism...10 out of 10 experience!!!!

I ordered through Doordash so no ratings for service or atmosphere in store. However, the poke bowl I got was awful in quality. I paid almost $30 for my bowl that I asked for extra tuna and extra salmon but I got a small bowl with only a few pieces of fish. Is money easy to make in this day and age? The color of rice looked like it had been sitting for hours, sliced lettuce was unappetizing and not really fresh either. For this price, I feel totally regret ordering from this store and understand why this business might not be profitable at all despite having such a good location inside Whole foods. I will never come back here to get Poke bowl and rather spend that money getting 1-2 sushi rolls for my meal.

You have a very great spot in the Wholefood tho !But tbh, this is the worst poke I ever had in my life, and this is the first time I am giving a review because it’s too terrible to just let it go. I can tell the salmon is fresh, but the ingredients in the sweet chili sauce should definitely be improved.

I used to order from here all the time. Now they’ve gotten into the habit of over charging and under delivering. The bowls have shrunk, but the prices have gone up to $15 and with what used to be free add-ons, $20! I’m never ordering from here again. Disappointed with this - there are many other poke places to order from, but avoid this one!!

Not worth it for $19 poke bowl. They surcharged $1 for a seaweed, only 1 protein choice even with a large bowl. Missing a lot of topping choice compared to other places.
Every poke bowl I've been served here has made me feel a sense of euphoria and a general sense of well-being. The sauces all taste magical. I used to visit and chat with the staff pretty much everyday. Shout out to my former neighbors lol.(This is a biased review. I give the people and the product 5 stars but the prices are a bit steep and I think the hot meat menu items are kinda like "eh, that doesn't really need to be there" so I really should be rating them 4 stars but seriously, tuna/salmon+rice+literally-any-sauce= pure satisfaction with or without added veg or garnish. )

Placed order online. Order was flagged as delivered, but I never received the order.Follow-up: DoorDash gets one star for failing to deliver the food. You get one star for "We don't see your order. If you have an issue call DoorDash, once it leaves it's not our problem". Do better next time; I'm sure all of the local patrons would agree.
