this has become my favorite poké bowl shop in the city. the quality of ingredients i think is a cut above the rest, especially the salmon. i’ve had dozens and dozens of bowls from here and will keep coming back for more, as it’s just consistently delicious, well-portioned bowls.

out of all these bowls i’ve eaten, one was not the quality i’ve come to expect (WAY too much unagi sauce), but after calling, the person i spoke with made it right immediately with a replacement bowl. i really appreciated the great service!!

I ordered a delivery from them, but it never arrived on time. I placed the order through Grubhub, which stated that they use their in-house delivery service, so I couldn’t track where the driver was. When I called the restaurant, they said the driver had already left, but there was no update or even an attempt to check with the driver for me. Finally, the food arrived an hour late. This isn’t the first time I’ve ordered from them—previously, they did a good job. I’m disappointed with this experience.
