I really liked this place ㅠㅠㅠㅜㅜ Why is it closing ㅠㅠㅠㅜI ate meatloaf and mashed potatoes here while waiting for the Megabus on a winter night. The portions were plentiful and delicious, and the staff were friendly!The atmosphere was really fun because we were dancing and singing, but it's really sad that it's closed... I really wanted to go back when I go to Chicago.
I've been visiting this pub since freshman year in college. The beer and liquor selection is great. Bartenders are always friendly and the food is above average for bar food.It is located in the industrial area of the south/west loop. Its a dive bar with a lot of blue collar regulars and great for watching any Chicago sports.
This is definitely a must for anyone in Chicago that hasn't made the journey over to Polk Street. Great atmosphere, food, and staff. Large portions and everything was delicious. Thanks guys!
