Yesterday with we got some food. One of the worst we realized we got some chicken pieces missing. But the worst part . The coleslaw was so bad and we didn’t even eat 👎👎👎. Im not going to comeback anymore 👎👎👎

Their food is wonderful. Their pickup service is not. They never give us ice in our drinks (just give us an empty cup!), and they consistently forget items. This is not the first or second, or even third time. Otherwise I would not be making a review.
Additionally, their app has no way to tell them we did not get an item. By the time we get home, this is our only way to tell them. It is very frustrating.

Whoa don't go to this place in the evening. I walked in at 8:30 when they close at 9. Dining room is closed, no big deal, but after I place my order the guy in the kitchen picks up a hose and starts spraying down the floor and the fryers. There was an open pan of fried chicken on the opposite counter. The rolls were nearby in a cart on wheels. He continued to spray water over everything while the woman put together my order. The other side of the kitchen also had a wet floor, and the woman was cleaning while waiting for the fries to be done. There is no sense in wearing gloves if you aren't going to change them after cleaning and before touching food. Make a choice. Either you are preparing food or you are closing for the evening. If the health department had seen this, the restaurant would be shut down.

I visited Pollo Campero in December 2024 and we ordered a salad and it was 95 percent rice and 5 percent vegetables, we also ordered chicken and it gave us diarrhea, nothing like the Campero chicken from Guatemala, I will never return to this Restaurant. I don't recommend it.

Firs time trying it (pulaski location).ordered 3 pc meal. Very salty breading and tasted like was under hest lamp for hours. Why dont you judt cook smaller batches more often so it is fresh?

The truth is, the chicken is delicious, but the staff at the checkout, ugh, terrible service, I went yesterday when a girl helped me. I don't remember her name that she had on the little card, but that girl helped us reluctantly, making big faces at us as if we had gone to ask for alms. You really should talk to the staff at the checkout. It's not mandatory that they greet us with a smile from ear to ear, but being a little kind doesn't take away anything from anyone. I demand that they correct it a little. plus to their employees it was a very uncomfortable moment that I spent the food was delicious and they served it quickly I gave it a 10 and I went to the one in Chicago 4840 N Pulaski Rd Chicago, IL 60630 just so you know that was yesterday around 4 in the afternoon There were almost no people and they reluctantly served us, making it a little better.

I went there for the first time and it was my first time trying Pollo Campero. I was so disappointed, the food was terrible. I ordered a chicken sandwich and a two piece chicken meal with an extra side. I asked if I could get mayo on the chicken sandwich. I was told the sandwich does not come with anything except pickles, so no, I could not get mayo. My two sides were cole slaw and mac & cheese. They tasted terrible, they had a terrible after taste to it. The chicken looked like it had been sitting there for a whole day, and it was not tasty at all. The chicken sandwich was so sad looking, was not tasty at all. Their sauces were not great as well. I do not recommend this place and I do not intend to go back ever to a Pollo Campero..

Parking: There are enough spaces, I have gone at all hours and there are always places available..
Kid-friendliness: It is very spacious and without a doubt the children eat very comfortably.
