Pollo Express has become my new obsession. I’m there 2-3 per week. I love the Chicken Burrito and the mixed Burrito— Burritos have Jalapeño in them FYI— which can be optional, if you let them know. The burrito I get the Charro beans and the Mexican rice. The Flautas are delicious— consider adding refried beans on top. I love the chicken with a side of rice and beans, as well. Their desserts are tasty too. The staff is super friendly and eager to explain things, and they love being part of the neighborhood. I love that Smokey salsa they have too. I put it on everything!

Whole chicken plus half chicken special goes crazy

So I went in for the Monday special where any order of a whole chicken gets you an additional half. I think there was some miscommunication on my order as I only really wanted to the chicken and not the combo, but it wasn't a big deal.

I could not BELIEVE how much food I got, this could feed a family of 5-6 easily. The chicken was incredible and the sides of rice and beans were on point. And a stack, thats right a stack of tortillas I didn't even realize would be included and the sheer amount of chicken was insane. While I did not want the combo I am not going to complain about it now.

This chicken was dry and tastes like it was from the other day and on top of that it had too much coloring as seasoning, not healthy at all.

My husband and I came here for lunch. The food was good and portions were generous. Wait time was not long and the staff were friendly. Would recommend.

The chicken bowl is incredibly good. It features lots of vegetables rice, and their amazing chicken. They don’t skimp on things like avocado, either. The portion size is huge, too, and sometimes makes two meals.

Overall, this is my favorite quick service restaurant in the area.
