Pollo Express has become my new obsession. I’m there 2-3 per week. I love the Chicken Burrito and the mixed Burrito— Burritos have Jalapeño in them FYI— which can be optional, if you let them know. So I went in for the Monday special where any order of a whole chicken gets you an additional half. I think there was some miscommunication on my order as I only really wanted to the chicken and not the combo, but it wasn't a big deal.

I could not BELIEVE how much food I got, this could feed a family of 5-6 easily. The chicken was incredible and the sides of rice and beans were on point. And a stack, thats right a stack of tortillas I didn't even realize...
