Very expensive and the food is not that good, the stew has a lot of water and few beans and is very spicy

Awful. Terrible service place an order through Uber Eats They sent my order halfway
Following that, they called me to tell me that I had to call the Uber guy to come back for what was missing, after the guy had already asked them if anything else was missing and they had said no.
After this. An overcharge was generated on my card.
Terrible customer service
The chicken was coming. A little raw.

Chicken was overcooked and drinks are way overpriced compared to other restaurants around

Most of the food is quite delicious but the prices are outrageous & instead of itemizing what was ordered on your receipt it is lumped together in one sum which I do not appreciate because you do not know how much you are spending & what your paying for the cashiers are wonderful & the cooks are so kind it is the ladies who come to give you your food or who are waitressing at the tables that have to do better we tried to get her attention quite a few times more than three & were ignored while she attended other people & it wasn't busy or at rush hour there was five tables with ours included it was as if she was ignoring us intentionally to serve other people who came in after us we had to wait to get our order we were brought our tamales when we had ordered them with tacos for a to go order but what's done was done so we chose to just eat them there what should have been given to us was our chicken rice & beans. We thought she'd be bringing the plates following the mix up that we brought to her attention on the tamales & tacos to go but nope it was another 20 minutes for our plates to be finely given to us on top of that when we were finally given our drinks & our food they were slammed on the table with an evil stare down we had asked her 3 times for napkins or straws we were ignored & she still looked at us as if we owed her a tip* now mind you the food is delicious taste just like your welas cooking & both of us loved it but that does not excuse bad behavior or poor manners from the girls who wait on the tables and it would be better if the prices were itemized on your receipt instead of lumped together so as to you know how much you paid for each item other than that the food was delicious some of the people are kind and delightful while others need to work on their manners.
Parking: Parking is a little bit tricky as to it's on the street but there's plenty of it
Kid-friendliness: Any kid that is invited here would be happy there's chicken tacos & quesadillas beans rice tamales tortas a little bit of everything

The tortillas were sour, the sauce was flavorless, the music was too loud and the floor was extremely dirty. Total disappointment, they have nothing to do with the happy chickens from Mexico. At least not with the ones I visit.

???Since we arrived it was quite annoying to arrive and that at the door there was a loud horn, obstructing the entrance and we had to move the horn that they had there, then we ordered, I ordered a hibiscus water which was already Soggy (accedada), we ordered our chicken, quesadilla and both the tortillas, the sauce and the rice were also soggy (acedados) it was almost $50dlls for two people... we didn't eat comfortably because the music was so loud and the TV was on that We left with a headache, I think this business is in decline, it is obvious because of the spoiled food, the floors were very dirty, the truth is that it was a very bad experience, we failed by choosing this place to eat.?I don't recommend it!!

We traveled from Ky to Chicago, it's like 7 hours to eat happy chicken ?? and it was worth it, it was very delicious ??? the lady is very friendly and the lady who cleans the tables is very friendly, the chicken also comes with rice, charro beans and tortilla You pour everything very delicious by hand ? it makes you want to suck your bones ??? the drinks are very delicious too

Horrible experience, in the parking lot in the opposite plaza they put an immobilizer and charge you almost 200 dollars to release it, some pseudo security in the plaza, the food has nothing to do with the original chicken chain, it only tasted like smoke-flavored roast chicken , the most horrible thing in CIA the whole place

This ain’t it. I wanted it to be, but there’s nothing Feliz about this pollo. Super small chicken and dry. Charro beans were tasteless, rice was good but also lacked salt and it seems that they just threw in a pinch of fries. Handmade tortillas were alright, for what they were, but the entire experience is not it and not worth the traffic. For a 26th street restaurant I expect a lot more.
