Amo Ponce restaurante! La comida un 20/10 los recomiendo a todas mis amistades y lo visitan, las alcapurias y la morsilla mis favoritos y el mofongo ni se diga siempre trato de probar de todo y de ninguno tengo un mal comentario, pero de todas las veces que e ido solo 1 ves me atendió una muchacha demasiado de simpática bien pendiente a la mesa y después que termine hasta espere para que volviera para entregarle su buena propina ella y una señora de alfrente que me a atendido bien serviciales, las demás siempre tienen actitud, habemos personas que vamos en familia los fines de semana a disfrutar de una buena comida y disfrutar un buen día, creo que deberían trabajar el mejor servicio al cliente, vuelvo y digo no todas pero las actitudes deberían dejarlas fuera del trabajo de lo demás vuelvo y digo El mejor en comida Puertorriqueña

First time going here, unfortunately found a hair on my Jibarito. Also, the rice texture was a bit hard to chew. They didn’t even offered me a refund nor did they replace my food.

Our food was AMAZING and Ramon was a terrific server! The best Puerto Rican food in the city! The flan was the best I have ever had! We could not believe how reasonable the prices were. We will be back!

experienced them a few times and was ok. today ordered 80 bucks worth of food and it was disgusting!!! waaay too salty!!! everything we ordered was salty!! alcapurrias, relleno de papas, pastels, overcooked $18 monfongo, jibaritos man, so disappointing. we had to throw it out!! and it was a birthday dinner for someone smdh, y'all lost a customer today. $80!!!!!!!

Loved the food amazing place but I really want to give props to a waitress named Mariana she took care of us and 9 more tables all on her own she did great very friendly and courteous. I 100% recommend this place, we know every place is understaffed so if you want to have an amazing meal I would definitely stop in.

the reality our family loves to go to ponce restaurant but last saturday we went and it was the worst day the customer service was with bad attitudes and the food is not so bad but the organization to deliver tables is terrible it is the 2nd time that we It happens we end up leaving the place with other families I hope they can improve the customer service to be able to go with peace of mind and enjoy the place as it should
