Amo Ponce restaurante! La comida un 20/10 los recomiendo a todas mis amistades y lo visitan, las alcapurias y la morsilla mis favoritos y el mofongo ni se diga siempre trato de probar de todo y de ninguno tengo un mal comentario, pero de todas las veces que e ido solo 1 ves me atendió una muchacha demasiado de simpática bien pendiente a la mesa y después que termine hasta espere para que volviera para entregarle su buena propina ella y una señora de alfrente que me a atendido bien serviciales, las demás siempre tienen actitud, habemos personas que vamos en familia los fines de semana a disfrutar de una buena comida y disfrutar un buen día, creo que deberían trabajar el mejor servicio al cliente, vuelvo y digo no todas pero las actitudes deberían dejarlas fuera del trabajo de lo demás vuelvo y digo El mejor en comida Puertorriqueña

Very disappointed by this place, went for dinner on a Friday night , our waitress was kind of rude. We order jibaritos they were ok, so thin not enough steak. I felt that the waitress was rushing us , she came to ask if we were going to order something else. I said no “thanks everything is fine” right away she charge me right there in my table without us asking for the check. The place was not even full.
Not coming back to this place ever again.

I ordered on DoorDash and didn’t receive my large 10$ drink that I paid for, of course I asked the DoorDash driver about it and he said he asked them twice for the drink and was given attitude. I called the restaurant to see if I can simply pick up the drink since im not far and the girl kept telling me over and over “take it up with DoorDash not the restaurant” and HUNG UP ON ME !! I called two times after that and it went to voicemail. I wasn’t mad at them I just wanted to come and pick up the drink I paid for. But it’s fine they’ll just lose a customer who’s been going here for almost 20 years over a simple thing that could’ve been resolved.

Service was slow but they were busy; almost every table taken. My favorite food was the papa rellena. However, the flan was incredibly smooth and just delicious. The best I’ve ever had. I’d go back again

I was calling to order but they never answered the phone so I ordered for online delivery something that I don't like to do but I ordered steak jibaritos with garlic separately they put it on top I asked for white cheese they put yellow cheese and in one of the jibaritos for my son a bone came out!!! I don't know why we ordered steak, I hope they can improve the service.

Today I came in to get some Fritura and some Carne Frita.They hardly had any Carne Frita left. I was telling the guy if they had more and the girls started laughing point is they put puro cuero no carne. Honestly, this restaurant is not like before when there were by the other restaurant they changed a lot couple weeks ago. I also came in and the alcapuriaa were super dry and nasty. ? never again

Food was AMAZING, the atmosphere was great also had a live guitarist , ordered the churasco mofongo shrimp, side of arroz con habichuela but they forgot to bring it out, also the only “juice” they have is parcha (passion fruit) which was AMAZING as well, i WILL MOST DEF be going back to support this local buisness ?

It is a quite busy place, I was there on a Saturday and it was difficult to get parking, which by the way is on the street and you pay a meter. It seemed like a very dark place or with little light.
The food was good, I ordered lechon with guinea and salad, rice with pigeon peas and a passion fruit drink. I also ordered some fried meat pastries that were delicious (recommended). In general it is good for the prices they manage and the portions they serve.
