Puerto Rican culture is one of the reasons I love Chicago! It seems when people visit Chicago they go for deep dish, polish sausage, Italian beef, etc and don't know about the Puerto Rican food! Ok, this place was my all time favorite i drove every weekend from 79th and pulaski all the way up north just to go and eat at this place but it look like the new cook don't have the same love as the old cook did as the food is lacking flavor the alcapuria meat tasted like it was in achote for a long time the empanadilla meat the same maybe the cook need to taste the food once in a while
