I placed an order for an Extra Large Pizza and an Extra Large Pizza bread. My order came out to be $40 tip incuded. Unfortunately, I never received my order because the delivery person called and I didn’t answer the phone. My phone blocks unknown calls so I didn’t hear the call. So after about 1 hour I came to my living room and cut the outside light on. I noticed that I had received a blocked call so I call the number. It was the Driver’s number. She told me that she left because I didn’t answer the call from her ! I ASKED IF SHE RANG THE DOOR BELL AND SHE SAID “NO”. “WHAT KIND OF DELIVERY PERSON DOES THAT ? AT SOME POINT COMMON SENSE SHOULD HAVE KICKED IN AN TRIED RINGING THE DOORBELL OR KNOCKING ON THE DOOR !!! THE PRETEND MANAGER TIRED TO CHARGE ME A EXTRA $5 DELIVERY. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND TOLD ME IF I WANTED MY MONEY PUT BACK ON MY CARD THAT I WOULD HAVE TO COME TO THE RESTAURANT. I ORDERED DELIVERY BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO COME OUT. I INSTANTLY CALLED MY BANK TO DISPUTE THE CHARGES. I ORDER A PIZZA EVER MONTH FOR OVER 3YRS. I AM NOW A FORMER CUSTOMER.

I really hate to give one star reviews. But after several continuous mishaps, I think it’s warranted. The sad part is we’ve been customers for the past 15 years. When you first have their pizza it’s really good. But after a while as time goes on, it’s just meh. I remember there were a few times the last several months where the pizza looked so coagulated and unappealing. In the past several months, these are the mistakes that have happened. We have always ordered delivery. We were missing the extra large cheesy garlic bread. Another order we were missing cheese fries. Another order, the buffalo shrimp was ordered and they sent plain shrimp. The barbecue pork chops were ordered two different times. Both those times they were regular pork chops instead of barbecue. The regular pork chops are not as good. They don’t look appealing and are very plain tasting. When the driver came back to give us the new ones, of course we gave them back the regular pork chops, but the new “pork chops” were just slapped together and drowning in barbecue sauce like they were upset that they had to remake the order. I even enclosed the picture. They look like they’re just chicken strips drenched in barbecue sauce. They don’t even look like regular pork chops. I understand that everything can’t be perfect. But this has happened so many times in the past few months. I don’t know if it’s a lack of focus, a changing of the cooks, but this was enough. So for anyone reading this, especially when you get delivery ALWAYS doublecheck your order.

We ordered for delivery. We specifically asked for regular onion rings, and the person on the phone asked XL onion rings, and we corrected them multiple times, and we were charged for both. We received both, but we didn't want both. Especially since it was way more than we anticipated. The onion rings were soggy as well. Pizza was mediocre, and the cheese fries were extremely drenched with cheese that it was unpleasant to eat. Will not be buying from here ever again.

I have been buying from this place for ever I can highly recommend them for their food they have good food and even better deals sometimes when I'm in a hurry and don't want to cook food but have to feed the entire family their chicken family meals are extremely affordable and provide plenty of delicious food. The owner is a very generous guy always in a cheerful mood ??? 5 stars all around.
